Breakfast wasn’t the best. The elevator situation was horrible they have two elevators with 8 floors and sometimes we stood there waiting for 10+ min. The employee at the desk was working their tail off but they definitely could use more than one person up there. I waited for 20+min to get plates after ordering pizza because so many were coming in to check in. The bar had BOGO on drinks and the drinks were good but could not mix and match which was wild to me.

We are a young couple with younger children (7yr & 2yrs) we were on the ocean view side next to the restaurant the noise didn’t bother us or the kids however someone looking for something a little less chaotic and quiet I would recommend requesting the other side of the hotel. Hotel is in the no drive area of the beach which was phenomenal!!! Pool was clean and pool deck chairs were functional

We were disgusted to found out that the fitted sheet on one of the bed on our room had stains on it, seem like the bed was made without changed it for a new, clean one.

I had to pay to park in the parking lot of the hotel. I could understand paying if I wasn't a guest. Snacks are high priced.

Breakfast, pier views, bar restaurant next door, security walking around the property at all hours, super friendly employees, clean rooms, clean pool, bed was amazingly comfortable, snack bar and cooler.

Hotel bar was a little pricey, but convenient so not really a huge dislike.

Love the location. Love breakfast being served daily. Love the oceanfront rooms. Overall an amazing stay. This is our 2nd year and we will continue to come back every single year.

My room door was not working 3 times we had to have maintenance come fix it it was not the card it was locking thing on the door. Made me feel like if we left our room we would get locked out again and have to wait longer to get back in. I feel they should have moved us or some kinda inconvenience fee should been given back. Because we change a few of our plans because we didn't want to get locked out of the room we paid for.

Floors in room were tile and sticky and need a good scrubbing. It took forever to get hot water in shower and then no water pressure. Our balcony was covered in bird poop. Noone used pool it always had birds and poop everywhere.

Paid for an oceanfront room but don’t get it nor a refund of any sort. Breakfast staff clearly hated her job, the older lady was miserable to the point you felt bad for her.

Oceanfront and location were amazing. Beautiful beach and pool with nice patio.

You pay for the location, there really wasn’t anything special about this Hotel compared to others. I could have gotten a better deal with a VRBO. Parking is very tight, not suitable for larger trucks.

Accessibility to the beach and restaurants are a plus. Once you park you could walk to any restaurant or store.

I requested early check-in so we arrived about 2 p.m. I was informed check in wasn't until 4 and it could not happen any earlier. I returned at 4 and was told there were no clean rooms available and they didn't know when one would be ready. We ended up waiting until 6-6:30 p.m for a room. I read this as a review before I booked here so it seems to be a common problem.
