Quit using Covid 19 as an excuse and admit Indian Owners are cheap. Provide basic amenities.

Clean room, comfortable bed. Needs new shower diverter( 35% of water to the shower, rest to the tub). No ice available, no coffee in room or breakfast available, no shampoo provided.

The door didn't wanna open unless you played with it . It was a dead wasp on the AC unit

they need to get better mattresses could feel the springs. my floor was filthy! The tv screen were horrible couldnt get many channels the pictures were dark. I notice when you pay people a decent pay that makes them want to do better and you wont be short staffed. So hopefully the maids do better in the future.

Our Room had no shower head. We told the reception staff who promised it would be fixed while we went out for dinner. It wasn’t. No breakfast. Indian staff hard to understand.

Room was 95% clean. Comfortable enough.

I don't like that every time I come here I get a room for multiple days and my card doesn't work to my room so I have to walk back to the office to get someone to open my door every time. It's frustrating and make me not want to book this hotel anymore.

There were bugs on the bed when we checked in. There were no towels - we checked in at 9 pm and asked forn2 towels, they said they wouldn’t bring towels until 8 am - we were checking out at 3:30 am , just needed a shower and some sleep so this wasn’t acceptable

That I made a mistake by booking for the wrong date. I let the hotel know in plenty of time but they had no empathy about it. And I lost $64. I still arrived on the right date and had to pay again.

The people who run it and the people who does the house cleaning does not speak English very well does not understand the people that done housekeeping would just stand at the door and wait for me to handle the towels and I tell them to come in and it need to clean and all that and it was like they did not understand what I was saying

My toilet seat was broken when I sat on it I almost slid off and my bathroom door was off the hinge at the bottom so I had to leave the door open.

we asked for a room on the first floor and they gave us one on the second floor. it wouldn't have been so bad but we called to make sure that they had a bottom floor room available. they assured us that we would have first floor

The smell of the room when opening the door the first time was horrible. I had to keep the door open for a hour to get the smell out and be able to sleep there.

The extra $50 for a room deposit when I checked in, that part I missed when I booked the room. When I asked the clerk for a receipt he told me "We don't give receipts". At this point, I thought that I was being hustled. Another thing I wasn't pleased with was when I booked the room it said that I could have no more than four guests, there were only two of us & the clerk told me that I couldn't have any more guests.

The room was clean. The beds were very comfortable & there were fast-food restaurants & gas stations across from the hotel.

The surprise $50 CASH only security fee. Would have been nice to know about prior to arrive so we could have at least used OUR own atm. Also the 10 gunshots at exactly 3:40 am were slightly concerning though less surprising than the fee.

They asked for $50 cash deposit? This should be in the listing. We got the money back in a room check, first time asked for deposit in 40 years.

The thin comforters... the toilet leaked... and the bed wasn't all that comfortable.

The manager was nice. The A/C and fridge worked great.

I booked room from Friday- Sunday and every time I left and came back I was locked out both nights why? Paid for 2 nights. No park near room had to park on the other side of hotel then walks around and key doesn't work. Will never booked this hotel again.
