There were cockroaches all over the floor and inside the Minnie fridge. We arrived at 11pm and had to wait 30 minutes for someone to show up and help us check in.

The staff was very accommodating and helped us cancel our reservation after we found cockroaches in the room.

The area looked abandon. There were homeless/people on drugs hanging on around and on the facility. Also, police showed up two doors downs banging looking for someone. It was just too much going on, not family friendly. I did not feel safe and I have two children.

Homeless in the parking lot all night. Some people sleeping in their cars as well but most of them seem nice. Had wifi but it didn't work. Bed was super hard and two out of the 4 pillows were small, like little square couch pillows. Shower curtain rod was broken and falling off. Morning cleaning person knocked twice in 15 min to make sure we were leaving, an hour and a half before check out.

The room was clean. Had clean towels and soap for bathing. Water pressure was great! No bed bugs!

..Everything...locations was bad no lights in the backend of the hotel..its supposed to have door to enter hotel hallways which it didnt have..drug periphernilia all over the parking lot..family couldnt walk outside ..during late evening.lots of noise during late hours.

Property seemed busy extremely hot hallways. Open doors of facility. Seemed unsafe. Booking information for deposit and payment stated in website as policy did not match with what I was asked to pay in person. Management asked for a $150 dollar deposit . When website states $100. Room sheets where not changed as they had body curly hair in one of the beds and sheets where dirty.

Roaches in the bathroom, TV remote didn’t work so we couldn’t watch anything, no full-size towels provided for after a shower, the largest towel provided was only barely larger than a hand-towel, it looked like it was meant for a toddler. There was also still hair in the bathtub from the previous occupant. Most of these things typically would not bother me much, but will not be using this location again because of the roaches.

People doing drugs everywhere there, the workers were rude, lazy and need a lesson in customer service. We asked for towels abd they had none. What you get is what you get. There were 5 of us and only 3 towels. No microwave but when we went to the office to use theirs the girl ignored us with the door locked and continued to watch television. There were so many dogs running around, a homeless encampment in the back, people doing drugs, it was like party and drug central. We stayed here years ago and never again. Our last experience was a good one but this took the cake for worse experiences ever. Keep your money and go to a better motel. My kids did not feel safe at all and would not recommend it to anyone. Half the outlets and lights didn't work, there were rips in the sheets and a pink stain on 1 of them. The sink showered the whole area with water, the fan in the bathroom didn't work. Just please stay away and save your money.

There was absolutely nothing to like about this place at all. All around it was the worse place ever. The smoke alarm was just hanging, Dogs running around everywhere as if it was a dog motel, partying and doors slamming all night. It was cheap but now I see why, it's the worse.

The Health and Safety Code violations should be addressed by closing down and the staff evaluated and retrained!

The room looked clean, but was infested with cockroaches. Night time rent a cop was a thief and stole money off my credit card he was the rudest, disrespectful RENT A COP! I COM FROM A FAMILT OF LAW ENFORCEMENT AND EDUCATORS AN. SO, obviously I am not being bias, he needs to be ashamed of himself.!

A few men were sitting in steps up to room that were snorting up something, door handles had wholes underneath doorknobs and could look into room, a fee women were yelling at each other around 11pm, and can hear a couple having see while we were leaving.

The clerk was very hopeful when we checked in. Waived our deposit.

Room i was assigned was dirty he switched rooms the AC didn’t work tub and bedding was dirty. Online pictures was not nothing like what the room looked like in person.
