A little noisy at bedtime on the first floor near the elevator where our room was located. But that's not the staffs fault. I'll just request a room further from the elevators next time.

One thing that bothers me, you can't open any window. So the room is humid and smelly. Bathroom door doesn't closed. In my other room it would not open fully. Another thing, is the elevator. One of the world's slowest ever. But I can say that the unopened window and slow elevator is probably ao Orlando thing..I'm currently staying in another hotel and the same thing in here.

Our room was clean but there was an odor of mildew that unfortunately did not go away.

The staff was exceedingly nice and helpful. Every single person I spoke with was always helpful and friendly.

breakfast was meh but edible. Coffee wasn't good, lots of fake sugars and unhealthy food. it was fine for free breakfast but I wouldn't pay more than $3 or $5 for it a la carte.

The property was definitely an older property and not up to date with charging ports and things that other hotels have upgraded too. Also, we had to ask for more wash cloths and things like that. There should have been plenty in the room for 4 people.

The property was nice and close to Disney. It’s not close to Universal Parks. It’s also close to a CVS and Starbucks etc… The free breakfast was good.

Breakfast was simple (no cheese or ham to put on bread), no bacon, few bread options. The location wasn't as close to the Disney parks as we expected (10 min to Disney holliwood Studios, the closest park, by car without traffic, but coming back at the end of the day took 30-40 minutes because of the heavy traffic =( To magic kingdom and universal parks it also took nearly 30 min without traffic, but there usually was traffic if we left the hotel around 8 am and left the parks around closing time: 9-9:30pm... The shampoo and lotion were nice, but the soaps were 'hard', not very creamy /soft to use.

Big room, nice staff, we always had clean towels. Eggs, oranges /bananas for breakfast, and the machine to make pancakes was cool. Courtesy cookies between 4pm and 7pm. Many options of restaurants, Walmart, CVS, gift shops, gas station at a close drive (5-10 min). Free parking.

Old hotel vibe. The carpets are old. The washrooms mirror are not anti-fog. Personal care kit is of low standard.

Location: close to Disneyland and sea worl. Walmart is at walking distance. They have shuttle service to various attractions. Outdoor swimming pool is a good addition which is uncommon in the hotels of this price range. Reasonable complimentary breakfast was also included.

There was a small problem with the A/C, but we were immediately moved to another room on the same floor. But the staff was kind and gracious, so it really didn't become a problem.

The hotel just needs to be updated. Old carpets and furniture plus that florida dampness dont do this gem any favors
