Second year in a row staying for Inkcarceration. We again had a clean room, no bugs, and we were just minutes away from the event. We had everything we needed for the weekend. We also had great interactions with the staff during our stay.

Ice machine was down.

Easy reservations, deposited returned quickly. Price of room was very reasonable. Store attached for office. Balcony for individual room. Conveniently located.

Pillows were too thick for us so I recommend bringing your own. Shower door latch needed adjusting and tightening because it wouldn't stay completely shut. Faucets were squeaky and need gaskets replaced. This was room 205 anyway.

Heard it was a good hotel for the money and it really is. Was old but not a dive which kind of added to the charm. Everything was very clean, staff was friendly. Bed itself was quite comfortable.

I can't really say I didn't like anything. It wasn't Fancy, but it didn't need to be. Coffee maker in the rooms would be the only thing I'd say I wish I had.

The hotel was older, and a little outdated, but the bed was super comfortable and so was the chair in the room. Refrigerator and microwave. Standing shower. We were just a few minutes away with an easy drive to and from Incarceration. The staff was very friendly and there was a convenience store as well. It was clean, no bugs. We will attempt to book here again for future events.

they helped me and my family when we needed a place close to the hospital. Stayed up to 7 times in june n had no issues. They even have smoking rooms! Just call ahead cause they go quick. Staff was friendly and even grabbed me when I left something in the room.

I liked the cozy room and the friendly staff. I also liked that there are restaurants and shops in walking distance and the small shop inside the Hotel. The building seems to be a bit older, but it's clean and everything works. My favourite item was the small coffee machine in the room.

The shower was like a dungeon. The shower head was meant for short people. We are both above six feet tall. The door deadbolt could not be used unless you were inside. Bathroom was small.

This stay at this location I was given a much smaller room with a very small bath. the A/C unit blew the cold air directly on the bed.

Quiet area of Mansfield. Pleasant drive to destination.

The worker was rude. We booked and quickly realized we booked the wrong place. I called to cancel and was told there were no cancellations. Being as we already spent the money and it was getting late we decided to just stay there. In a nutshell the place stank of smoke and weed. The room had stains everywhere, the bathroom had bugs and cigarette burns. The bedding stunk so bad my child’s asthma started to bother him. We quickly decided it wasn’t possible to sleep in this mess. I got my family back in the car and checked out. The next we called to ask about our refund and we were told that someone came and asked for our key so the desk rep gave them our room key and that since they stated in the room we can’t be refunded. Mind you this was after 3am, and in a city we have never been to or heard of before, so no one we knew approached the desk looking for a key. Truly a dispicable hotel with a staff that shouldn’t have any interaction with customers.

If you’re a VERY heavy sleeper, and NOTHING wakes you up, this is the hotel for you. A friend and I stayed at the hotel on 9/2/23 and let’s just say I’ll NEVER stay at the hotel again. I was woken up at 1:30am because a girl across the hall from my room decided to OD and her friend was running up and down the hall screaming and crying right next to my door. Soo much noise from the traffic outside as well. I’ve stayed at tons of hotels, and this was by far the absolute worse I have been in!!

A quality, affordable hotel that's great for a short stay. The room was very warm (the hotel has central heat), and it had a coffee maker and a mini fridge. The location is great for local shopping or walking around the downtown area.

We found a big on the bed, and toys in our room after we got back. Which was a little strange. We only saw one bed but still a little nerve wracking to find a bug in your bed.

I loved how close to the event we were. It was great to be within walking distance of everything.
