the pool was so dirty the floor in the room was nasty

The night staff was nice let me and my nephews get in the pool for a few hours because check in was late

The face of the microwave was broken in both rooms, and 1 microwave was dirty. There were no face towels and a single dry towel in one of the rooms. There were no blankets on the bed in one of the rooms (just sheets).. The tubs were filthy in both rooms. The desk chair was missing in one of the rooms. There were holes in the walls in one room. Halls and stairwells were unkept.

The breakfast was good. They had us in adjoining rooms.

The room was extremely dated; carpet was torn up, the smoke alarm was removed but exposed wires remained, and the carpet needed the vacuum ran sooooooo bad.

The best part of the hotel was the location.

This hotel really needs a deeps cleaning there was too many dirty issues to keep up with dead bugs stuck to the window seal dirty refrigerators my mom had dirty panties and socks on the floor when she walk in her room the luggage cart collapsed on her wrist and left a bruise there were no towels at the pool the hall were freezing they had air conditioning on in the winter on every floor our lamps were broken or had shortages in them it is not a clean hotel at all

It advertised that it would have a hot tub and there wasn't one, the microwave was filthy, stains on the curtains, and the bed was broken and kept sliding off.

The location was perfect for what we needed.

I had to ask to move rooms because first room smells like cigarette, which the second room wasn’t any much better pool was not treated. Which was the whole reason why we picked this hotel.

Phone didn't work. Staff rude. Pool inaccessible- key card for room did not access pool. Attendant not available to open pool during open hours. Pool only open 3:9. Can't phone attendant due to non working phone. Coffee pot disgusting 🤢 had mold. Coffee was hot water at the front desk.

There was no actual kitchen in the room, room description was misleading/missing amenities. In the description of the room it stated there was full kitchen including hot breakfast, no breakfast and no kitchen in the spa jacuzzi rooms at all.

The staff was friendly.

Most staff were very difficult to deal with or talk to. Asked to talk to the manager, Mark P. No staff seemed to be able to assist me. I have several charges on my card from the hotel and cant seem to find out why or how to get it back. One lady threatened to call the police on me bc i asked why these charges were on there and told her i wanted to be refunded these.

The jaccuzi tub in the room is very big. Its also located accross from the bed and set back in the wall so it doesnt take up space.

Tried to turn on a/c and it sounded like the system broke have off a strange smell. The hot tub jets weren’t functional also.

Everything was filthy, disgusting glass over the front desk, there was a bag of chips spilt in the hall, a used tooth brush, and trash during my whole stay.

Everything. Not enough staff to check us in. Clerk disappeared frequently had to wait. Poor quality of room for price paid, from the mold in the carpet to the broken security latch on the door. All photos are from the bedroom

Broken locks on doors X 2 had to change rooms twice, poor customer service-not very attentive or compassionate, required multiple trips to desk for remote batteries, key card being reprogrammed d/t not working. Hot breakfast was horrible 20 sausage links, oatmeal, and a waffle maker, watered down juice.

Pool open at 3 pm and closed at 9 pm. There is only few options in breakfast. Orange juice is actually water juice. Coffee is not hot it’s cold.

The carpet in the corridors is OLD, STAINED and SMELLS HORRIBLE.

I liked that the windows opened because the room needed to air out.

Outdated, dirty carpet in rooms and hallways. Drapes dirty, stained, cobwebs. Sheets dingy, small pillows, chair dirty, small tv in room. Pool water had debris floating. $100 room deposit,$50 check in early fee, not worth it. More like a seedy Motel 6 than Baymont.

Swimming pool was very limited hours and had to check in at front desk to get in pool area. Dirty place. Trash had been pushed under bed for who knows how long.
