No WI-FI available. I needed Wi-Fi for test exam. That was the purpose for booking.

I need a full refund please. I did not stay in this Motel 6, because there was no WI-FI available. The front desk told me I will get the full refund. Not the hotels fault but the free roaming dogs I was afraid for mine on the leash. Again not your fault.

The staff was what kept me here it was by far the best people friendly service I've had in years. Over the top kindness from getgo thank you for this I needed it with what's going on in my life right now.

Sheets were dirty had hair and pieces of dirt. We removed the sheets and only used blanket to lay on. Didn’t ask front desk for new set as it was really late when we got back from dinner and we were tired.

We felt like we were in the middle of drug central. The in and out vehicle activity, and people going in and out of a specific room made it very obvious. We didn’t even feel safe being outside. The room itself was very bare with no extras whatsoever.

Non smoking room absolutely reeked of stale cigarettes. We opened any windows that would open, turned on the air and left the door open but couldn't get the smell to go away even a little bit. The only thing in the room that looked clean was the bed. Bathtub was especially gross. Staff was friendly though and gave us a full refund when we declined to stay.

20 police cars in parking lot. Room smelled of marajuana. Bathroom had cigarette burn marks everywhere. No coffee in morning when leaving. Staff was rude. Ashley for floor level was given second floor

Location is decent if you don’t mind the freeway next to Motel. It’s a bit tricky to turn in and best to turn off of Hampton going in and out, there’s a light there go you can turn onto/into the lot, you have to take first driveway on right (across street from turn is Motel 6 North), beware at night there are druggies and homeless hanging out in alleyway. Check in was fairly easy and person was friendly. Parked car in front of room and went into room. I chose a smoking room but I was blown away by how strong the smell was! As I put away stuff I stepped around and my shoes were sticky on floor and when I took shoes off my white socks were pitch black. I apologize for the towel I had to use but I had to clean it. Towel was black after I did first cleaning and then I did again the second day and on the third day I’m doing a bit more cleaning and I see mouse droppings and notice the huge crack under the door! I also picked up some oder neutralizer for the smoke smell. I have to say that the room is way better than what I found it. Only reason why I didn’t complain or move is that when you book thru a third party site they really don’t accommodate plus I didn’t want another room with same issues I figure it’s clean now the way I’m comfortable with. Now the surrounding area such as driving into and out of that I mentioned earlier, there’s a huge homeless issue especially at night. There’s also a constant flow up cars driving up to the dealers there. The guests at hotel (and their guests) are a lot of people spending night to shower and back to living cars. I had a woman that had to go to bathroom and tried to rush my room to use the bathroom??? I’m really sorry I stayed here and is the second nightmare at a Motel 6. If I hadn’t prepaid, I would have been gone! I highly recommend not staying here unless the things I mentioned don’t bother you.
