There is no place to store suitcases before check-in… TV only has a few channels. No YouTube or Netflix.

First of all this is my second time staying here & I have to say my last. I gave it another chance because of the price & location. The first stay - they gave me a room with cr*ck heads living in the alley (making all types of noises) - GOT NO SLEEP. This go around I would have to say; 1 bedroom suite: 1. The kitchen sink water didn’t work (and it was leaking water from the sides. 2. The microwave didn’t work - mind you another reason for staying at this particular boutique hotel - was to have a microwave (which most don’t) 3. The bedroom tv didn’t work 4. They only have about 5 digital tv channels (most didn’t work & no cable). 5. They tested the fire alarm all day for the last 3 days we had left on our booking (was unable to complete any work) called downstairs & the front desk receptionist stated that it was hotel policy & they couldn’t give me an idea when it would stop (lasted several hours for 3 days. 6. Last but not least the day before we checked out they had construction on the building starting at 4:30am & lasted until we literally checked out!! 7. Now lastly Fat Tuesday is now the restaurant downstairs & let me tell you the music starts at 9am & last until 1am!! Good luck if you ever think about staying here!!

The elevator was a bit slow and didn’t come sometimes. My boyfriend was trying to hook up his firestick so we could watch movies, but was unable to.

The location was perfect. The staff was super sweet and attentive.

The cleanliness in the suite can be improved but our stay was great.

The location is great, Ocean drive and the beach is just a street away. The hotel staff really made sure we had all we required. The suite itself has all that you need and is spacious.

The rooms was half clean. Wasn't enough bath towels and wash clothes. The water took awhile to get hot for the shower. The ppl were very rude and disrespectful. Overall. I felt so negative from the time arriving to the time of departing. 👎🏾👎🏾

The beach was walking distance. Nice restaurants some with live band and music.

I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding the room I rented at Number 314. I could not sleep all night, the air conditioning sounds very loud when it turns on. Attached I am sending you a video that I took in the early hours of the morning where I felt that It made a very loud sound. I went to the counter to make my complaint and they told me that there was nothing they could do because the hotel was completely sold out. My wife had a nervous breakdown at that time in the morning. She wanted to go find another hotel, but I was able to calm her down until dawn so she could talk to find an answer. Please I await a response for my case

To start with, I came into the room and it was obviously not cleaned. The floor was covered in crumbs and sand, there was no toilet paper on the roll or even in the room, and we even had no trash cans. We also did not have any towels or cleaning supplies for the kitchen dishes. Dishes were dirty, and I had to buy dish soap and a sponge to clean them. When I informed the staff of the uncleanliness, they just supplied towels and toilet paper. They proceeded to hand me a vacuum ??? I’m sorry, but for the cleaning fee I paid for, I should not have to do their job when I’m on vacation. During the remainder of our trip, no one came to pick up trash or give us new towels, I had to place all used towels and large trash bags in the hallways for someone to come get them. Very unprofessional. Lastly, I am not sure what they used to clean the sheets, if they even were cleaned, but myself and one other guest had hives all over our bodies. These hives lasted until we got back to our hometowns. We have sensitive skin, so I’m hoping it was just the detergent on the sheets, but worst case it is beg bugs. Totally gross and unacceptable either way.

I loved the location, and the staff. The layout of the room was perfect for our stay and looked just like the photos on booking.

They allowed us to check in prior to the check in time which was really nice since our flight had landed early. The staff was very accommodating with everything, super friendly! Also the room was very spacious and comfortable. Great location in South beach. Would definitely return next time I’m visiting.

No pool / very noisy as Fat Tuesday's opened right below it which I didn't know when I booked. The tv reception was horrible. Could have used a garbage pail in the kitchen area. No tissues in bathroom
