    Used to rooms that have a mini fridge for beverages that I would normally bring with me. When I booked my room it said I would receive $25 credit to play in the casino. When I signed up for a players card they told us to go to the kiosk. They said normally they give $5 free slot but we could try the kiosk to maybe get more. My daughter and I ended up with $15 free play each. The drive for us is pretty far. For a weekday stay, I thought the fee was kind of pricey.

    Staff were very friendly and helpful. Valet service was nice. The views from our room were awesome. The hotel was close to Little Caesar's arena which was nice for us because we went to a concert there. The bathroom was well laid out. Liked that there was a door on both the toilet, as well as the shower. Nice privacy touch.

    Lower all your prices. Don't have the parking ramp so far from the hotel.

    Place your notices of items removed on the front of fridge instead of on top of the cabinet where we didn't see it- curiosity got us as we pulled bottles to see what the liquor was that was provided. Thanks to good staff we was ensured there was no charge for removing them.

    Room was very large and open, especially for just myself.

    Our room smelled of smoke. We changed our original room due to this reason and the second was better but still had a faint smoke smell. Also there was a man working at the craps table who was rude and shouted at me when I put a chip down without handing it to him first. There are ways to explain the rules politely

    That they wouldn't allow us to bring our cooler to our room and we had no fridge. The rooms are pretty pricey to be worrying about my cooler of beer and lunch meat. Let's be real.

    The level of clean was far below what a resort of this status should have. Room service brought expired milk with my breakfast. With the amount of money people spend attention to detail should be there too

    The lady who was working in the spa was rude. She assumed we were not hotel guests based on how we were dressed, all we wanted to do was to look at the pool and potentially swim. We left after this experience with this women.

    Everything was great, a bigger sign for the mini bar would be great. A friend didn't see it and I was charged for the charger even though it was left on the property. Other than that it was amazing, the room was huge as well as the bathroom, beds very comfortable all in all was amazing.

    Well it’s the winter time,a few more plants would have been nice,but the price was a little high compared to Muskegon.

    I didn't like that you spent all this money on food for there to be no mini fridge or microwave in the room. I had to waste food because there was no place for me to put my leftovers.

    I liked everything about the room. it was clean and everything was in order. Staff was very helpful with this being our first time at an MGM.

    Hotel can get loud, especially late at night. Request, if possible to be somewhere quiet.

    I arrived at 5pm with an expected checkin time of 4pm. I couldnt go to my room until 7:30 because they said they were cleaning it. After a long flight I just want to get to my room:)

    But I have to call three times to get the roller bed as the upgraded room only has one bed, I booked for two queen beds.

    The hot tub in the lady's room was not working and there was not a sauna for the lady's. Men's amenities where great. The need a unisex hot tub and saunas for everyone to use.

    Yo were in a labor dispute. Almost all of the amenities were not available. Yet the price to stay absorbadent. So I was not pleased at all

    room 716 air conditioner wasn’t working properly

    Everything was good. except I rented two rooms.. and the air conditioner didn’t work very well.. we had a maintenance person look at it about three times during our stay.. I was not happy about that.. staying on the 7 floor… you need ventilation.. air conditioner needs to be working.. especially for a paying customer
