The cleaning service need to be more often and change the tower and sheets more often with out I have to ask for the stuff to do it your self, that was very surprising and annoying, I was 9 days and I only was able to change towers and sheet one time.

The installation was in very decent conditions, the room was good and clean , in decent cosmetics conditions, the parking on premises is good, and always are espace available, the room have small kitchen and full size refrigerator what make it very convenient if you wanna do your own meals or have stuff to eat available at all the time, the staff was very polite and friendly, unfortunately the policy of the hotel they don't change towers or sheets, you have to do it yourself and you have to go to the reception and ask for it, in general the place is good to stay and the installation do not look run down at all, but definitely not 2 star . And the prices for what it's seems a little bit high for the area. But miami in general at the time of this review was expensive to get something to stay ,if ill stay again there ,yes probably I'll do.

Not clean and definitely not a good value. The laundry facilities were very dirty and out of order as well. No customer restroom in lobby while waiting for check in after long travel.

It was too close to the airport with so much air traffic noise I couldn't sleep also there was no information about activities and how to access them in Miami .

It advertised free breakfast which was one of the reasons I selected this hotel.. Had coffee and hot water for tea and hot chocolate thats it. Woman behind the desk said corporate doesn’t send them any money for breakfast. My ac shorted out and a big spark flew out and hit the chair. The bathtub needs to be refinished.

We were welcomed into our room with the smell of cigarette smoke in our non-smoking room. The day after our arrival, we had an issue with the shower head and maintenance staff came immediately to help, but they smoked in our non-smoking room. We had to experience the nasty smell of the cigarette smoking as soon as we came back from our day.

The staff at the front desk are really courteous and helpful. They gave us extra keys when needed and helped us with giving some suggestions to see places around. They helped us immediately with our request for the shower head maintenance and got it fixed. They're the best thing about the property!

The room was not clean properly. I had to clean the bathroom had a couple of hair inside the bathtub, on the sheets, I had to change by myself. 2hrs before checkout I took my dog to my house and back to finish get my food and a couple of thing, but for my not great surprise the lady was cleaning the room without my checkout cause she assumed I left cause she didn't hear my dog. So she threw all my food in the garbage, washed all my glass counters and separate with the fruits, closed chocolates in na trash bag inside the room. But unfortunately for her I arrived and got everthing that she saved. I'm not happy at all cause I cooked the whole day before and I lost all the food and almost lost all my glass counters.

This is more of a motel like facility, not up to Extended Stay standards and NOT worth the price. The kitchen and bathroom need upgrades, amenities were cheap and only one small soap. Staff was flexible to accommodate my needs at check in, but not the most congenial. Room bathroom and toilet were not cleaned properly, cheap towels, stains on bed duvet (I didn’t want to lay down in it), very basic and bare amenities ( although decor seemed upgraded, it’s still dingy) cheap soap, no shampoos, empty coffee at reception, no one at front desk on arrival. Hard to reach front desk.

There was a pubic hair on the toilet seat. No one at reception when I arrived; there was a sign that was helping a guest. Once returned, there 4 other guests. Inadequate number of staff. No convenience stores or eateries nearby. No vendimg machines for water at minimum

Couldn't figure out the internet access. I just closed my tablet and went to bed.

It was close to where we were going, an unexpected delay caused a last minute change in plans. Worked well for us.
