Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesWhen we arrived at the hotel room, their was no toilet paper so I had to use the Kleenex tissue which was very frustrating. The toilet seat was very loose and felt like you were going to fall off. Their was no breakfast in the morning, only coffee and tea so we had to stop and get something to eat. I was very disappointed and will never stay at this hotel again!!!
The only thing I liked was the bed was comfortable and we slept really well.

BrazilIn general, it is a nice place to stay, it is near the airport, which is very practical. Free wifi. If you want to buy things or eat, there are a Publix Supermarket, some restaurants, a Ross and a Walgreens about 15 minutes walking from Extended Stay Blue Lagoon.
The hotel room has a kitchen with a table and an office chair, a cupboard, a microwave oven, a fridge, a hot plate, utensils on demand at the front desk, a sink with hot and cold water faucets, and it is really practical and useful. There is a closet like area for hanging the clothes and an armchair for you to to seat and put on/take off your shoes. Besides, there is a dresser with big drawers. There's an air conditioner. There is a free parking lot with plenty of spots. There is a vending machine and a laundry. The breakfast is free and you can serve yourself with light or strong coffee, powder chocolate, milk cream, hot water and packs of different flavors for oatmeal, muffins. There are two bus stops leaving the hotel gate: from one on the same sidewalk you can go to Dolphin Mall, from the other one, across from the hotel - I think it is for bus number 7- you can go to Downtown Miami/Bay Side. The hotel is 5 minutes away from and to Miami International Airport by car. The hotel staff - front desk and the manager- is very nice and they do their best to solve any issues you have.

The breakfast was coffee, hot water and a small muffin if you can get it. You have to ask them to replenish the breakfast as the put out very little and if you not there by 7 am, good luck.

It smelt like smoke when you first walked in and in the bathroom (maybe from the vent). 2nd, it had roaches. 1 baby roach on night 1 and more the next day. Had to run out and buy a can of Raid, but that didn’t stop them. After the 4th kill, we packed our things and left. The condition of the room wasn’t pleasant either: bed looked nice, the linen had hair still on them( we used our own towels/washcloth), dirty drawers in the kitchen, tub was absolutely horrible to look at. That needs to be replaced immediately. The advertisement of nice pics are not all what it seems to be in certain areas. This location has better branded hotels down the street so you would think this place was decent. Total opposite. So never again for this location and probably this brand for a while.
Only the price for the number of days to stay and the option of having a full refrigerator in the room. We stayed 1 night due to the conditions of the room. Currently waiting on refund amount.

United StatesUpon arrival to our room the bed was not made, room was dirty, there was a panty on the floor and a bra hanging by closet.. We asked the front desk to come and inspect the room. We waitted 20 minutes to get another room, the front desk must have tried to clean and dress the next room bed as best he could. Still, it was in poor cleanliness and bed not properly done. My son was late to work that night. We traveled 1 hour and 45 minutes, paid over $150 for the night and put up with a stressful situation. This should not be the norm at this place.
Really like the proximity to the businesses I need to visit and my work.

PolandIt was the worst hotel I chose during my whole stay in Florida. Arriving very late after 3 hours of driving, the hotel didn't check me in because I didn't have a credit card. I said I could pay cash for the room, including the deposit, but they told me NO, you have to go to another hotel that accept cash. They don't accept CASH!! Very rude person in the reception was talking to the manager about me like I wasn't there. First time this happened to me during my month of travelling in Florida but anyway, the hotel looks really old and bad already from the entrance so I'm happy I went to another hotel with better standards. So do yourself a favour and keep away from this place.

Cayman IslandsThere was one rolling chair and no other seating. The microwave oven was a few inches from the floor so that you had to be on your knees to use it. We would definitely not stay there again
I did not get any breakfast. The place was clean the personnel when they were there at the desk were nice. They are gone a lot apparently I was told by another guest they have to do laundry etc so the desk is unmanned a lot.
