The kitchen had no utensils. I had to get them from the concierge, which was no problem. The stove had grease buildup. The bathtub was very slippery, with no handles to hold on to.

The bed was nice, enough not to fall from it. Surprised with breakfast coffee and muffins.

Be close to the bed where we sleep me and my 4 year old daughter jumps thinking that someone tries to get into our room I done reported to the office and no said anything because he still banging slamming doors and hitting on things I been here for a few days and this makes me want to go I do be having to get up for work

i had a problem with cockroach. it looks like the hotel is full of them. not very nice to find dozen in the room after the work. the staff was very nice and tryed to remove them with repellant spray.

The staff is very nice. room is big enough and pleasant bed is ok breakfast is really poor and low quality. i prefer to buy my own breakfast. we should have free juice, croissant, bread etc...

Free breakfast was included but there was only Granola Bars and coffee. No muffins or croissants or anything simple like that. They used to have muffins at least but that’s gone now. Should not advertise free breakfast if there are only granola bars to eat. The shuttle wasn’t working and couldn’t pick us up from the airport like it said when I booked. These are the two main reasons for booking this hotel but was not available and I was travelling with family. Not sure if I can trust staying here again after they advertise free breakfast and shuttle service, but none of both were available when we actually got there. We needed these 2 options. It caused a lot if problems not having a shuttle travelling with family and luggage. Had to find Uber for ourselves.

Front desk Staff was # 1, & very helpful getting us checked in early because we had lots of luggage. She also helped us get the limo on depart day. The room was great.

We were super surprised. I only needed a sleeping place for my family so I did not want to spend alot. The price was more that fair so I was a bit afraid. It was so clean, comfortable, just perfect. The staff that checked us in was so very nice and helpful also. We will be back for sure!

Breakfast was scarce, only coffee, eggs, some awful muffins and a couple of granola bars

Beds were comfortable, room was spacious and sparkling clean. Shower had good pressure water and hot water.

The room smelled-maybe like old smoke. We arrived after a very long delay of travel due to storms (we had to spend night in Miami due to missed flight) with no luggage. They had almost no toiletries. The very nice man at the desk offered us a disposable toothbrush that fell apart while you used it, but no toothpaste, shampoo, but no conditioner-not an option for long hair and no brush and a razor, but no shaving cream. For $300, I would expect they would not run out of essentials, for travelers who arrive with nothing. We had no car, and were exhausted and just wanted to eat and go to bed. Plus, you could hear all of the planes overhead. And, the "breakfast" had zero of anything with protein or staying power, if you can't eat gluten.

The people who worked there were very nice. It was close to the airport. We could walk to a restaurant for dinner.
