Mildly disappointed - Upon arrival, we were informed that housekeeping would happen every week and were given the exact day it would occur. With this knowledge, we made sure to pack our belongings neatly to facilitate the cleaning process. However, we had to chase housekeeping for three days before our room was finally added to the cleaning list.

The location of the place is perfect, just a seven-minute walk from Brickell station which has Orange, Green, and Loop Lines. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures. It's an ideal location suitable for guests of all ages. The nightlife is just around the corner, and you can easily access other locations through various modes of transport. Although the breakfast might not be international, it was perfect for us and worth the price. We were surprised that Little Havana was within walking distance, and it took us approximately 35 minutes to get there from the hotel.

All of our Uber/Lyfts didn't know how to approach the entrance location, so just keep that in mind if you are being picked up, you might have to meet them outside, or inform them it's an early right turn.

We booked this for the proximity to the walkable public transportation for Ultra. We were greeted by a nice guy in the front, and then have a really cool front desk system where they have a touch screen facing you, the customer, so you can clearly see what is happening as you check in etc. We got the corner room on the 3rd floor and it was so large! The amenities were perfectly fine for what we needed it (aka you aren't here for luxury.) They had a very small breakfast I think from 7-10am including coffee, granola bars, some ready to heat up oatmeal.

Breakfast is mostly just one type of cereal bar and some coffee. AC seems to have limited flexibility (mostly just on or off). One way roads nearby may cause difficulty getting into the property for some drivers. Friday afternoon drum circle at the nearby school was a bit loud :)

Good size room with desk, comfortable chairs, beds, towels. Provided minimum bathroom things. Also able to get kitchen basics from reception so able to do cooking. Wifi worked well for video calls or streaming. Laundry facilities were easy to use. Westward view from higher floors is over the highway and includes sunset.

Breakfast was not BREAKFAST, they had an "island" with coffee next to the reception. The bed and pillows were extremely unconfortable, the TV was almost diying, elevetor was always filthy

The size of beds, two adult persons do not fit comfortably.

The hotel is very clean, beds are comfortable. Staff is very attentive. Location is excellent, just a 10 minute walk to metromover. It met all my expectations. expectations.

I had a power outage in my room on the second day and it was difficult for me the air conditioner and the elevators did not work, I couldn’t charge my phone. a very unpleasant experience I request a compensation accordingly thanks for the understanding

The room is not cleaned for a whole 6 nights. Bedding is not changed. This is stated in the policy, but a change of bedding or at least supplying bedding in the room would suffice. Please keep a cup or glass for drinking water in the room.

first room I was given stank so much I was nearly physically ill. helpful staff swapped me without hesitation, but the next room was also just not nice and didn’t feel clean or well kept, the roach’s were proof of that for me. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone until it’s had a complete overhaul

What an awful hotel! Over $300 per night during spring break for the worst, most spartan, bare bones room we’ve ever stayed in - a Sleep Inn at $90 per night is FAR nicer. No ice machine on the premises, no luggage rack - have to put our luggage on the cheap, fake wood floor, no pen or paper, horrible bed and awful bed linens, one washcloth for two people, and the most surly woman who I guess works at the front desk in between doing the laundry apparently. Totally uninviting “reception” area with no chairs or anything else - oh, except for a desk with a security guard - should we be worried about our safety? I could go on. Never again!!!
