The hotel is old and very dated

It was located in the airport so it was very convenient to catch our next flight out the following morning. We were also able to check in the night before for the next leg of our flight.

Very basic. Coffee making facilities tucked away and had to be moved to get near a power source. TV seemed to be stuck on one Spanish TV station so couldn't listen to the news or anything

Only stayed overnight for onward travel and hotel is right in the airport and thankfully did not hear any plane noise despite being next to the runway. Comfy bed so a good night's sleep

We asked for a "quiet room". Indeed there was no noice from the street or from the airport, however there was a (locked) conection door to the next room. The people in that room talked very laud from 03:00 to 06:00 PM.

The hotel can be reached by walking from all the concourses of Miami Airport easily. Needing this kind of location the hotel was perfect for us. The staff was friendly and helpful. The roons were quite OK. Not xecellent, but all we needed.

The look and feel of this hotel is just a jail feeling. The remodeling was done with the least amount of money and it shows. It’s a demolition job and start over. For now beautiful lights in hall ways with a Florida color theme and doors with molding would make a huge difference.

Location is the best thing about this hotel. Surprisingly it was quiet, beds were comfortable and it was fairly clean.

Staff from front desk not very friendly or helpful, room musty, dark, and random stains everywhere, small room with hard bed, water in shower would become scaling hot and then back to normal randomly during showers, expensive

Location!! We needed a room due to missing our connecting travel arrangements and you can’t get more convenient than a room in the airport. Cleaning staff was nice. Bathroom was large.

Needs simple updates. Room temp was freezing. I could only turn off the fan. A new thermostat would help to keep room at comfortable temp so one can sleep better

Mean and unkind staff, on the phone and in person. Overall dingy and unkempt- rundown and depressing, not soundproofed like other airport hotels

Missed the connecting flight and so had to stay a night at the airport hotel. Having the hotel right in terminal was very convenient. The room was updated since the last time I stayed. Lighter decor so not so dark.

To find the hotel took a while as there are no signs in the airport, we had to ask airport staff. The room smelled bad and it is very outdated, doesn't look as good as on the picture and we didin't have the king size bed. You can't open the window for fresh air, AC is outdated and doesn't seem clean and fresh as it is a central system. Floor covering is old and dirty. Windows as well. There was no food as the restaurants advertised by MIA were already closed, while there was no info about the closing times. You have to go through the TSA security so if you arrive later and think to eat at the restaurant, you leave the departure section and if you want to go back to get something else than dunkin donut or subway you need to go through security, which wasn't clear before arriving to the hotel as they have no info about their location in the airport, only that it is located in the terminal E. There was one store open where we could buy drink and go hungry to bed. Normally we are not complaining, but this was a quite disappointing experience during travels. Also I tried to communicate with the hotel before the arrival but they didn't replay to my emails and messages, they didn't answer the phone either when we were looking for the location. If you have a bit extra time before you fly out, choose another hotel and use the free shuttle. We chose this for convenience as we had a very early flight, but would rather get up an hour earlier and travel a bit than stay here again. On our way there we had a room at Embassy Hilton suites for almost same price and it was way better quality and service and just a 10 min drive with their shuttle.
