Air conditioner had dirt stuck to it which made us feel uncomfortable about our breathing while sleeping, but luckily no one got sick.

Hotel still advertises Breakfast but they are still 'Covid' paranoid as there is only coffee with plain creamers and bag with granola bar, banana, muffin! :(

We stepped in water by the fridge.. not sure if previous guest spilled something or if the freezer was thawing out? Bathroom sink took forever to drain.

Cleanliness the bathtub looked like it could use a good scrub. The kids found a sex game under the couch. Bed was hard as a rock.

The sheets were stained. The walls were thin. Staff barely talked. There was no breakfast.

Only issue I had was the drain in our bathroom shower was a very slow drain making us to have to turn off the shower and wait for it to drain before finishing our shower.

We had no pool, no one on staff could speak clearly, the rooms smelled like mildew

We were close to different restaurants and kings Island was 5 minutes away

No elevators for second floor rooms. Bathroom counter space was a bit small if you have more than one person.

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Someone always greeted me when I entered the hotel. Nice location and low traffic/quiet area.

The bathroom was kinda dirty. Dried leftover paint left on the toilet seat. No shampoo, conditioner, or soap so I had to make a run to the grocery store. Toilet clogged was easily clogged.

The gentleman that checked my in was nice and was helpful. The beds were clean and decently comfortable.

the property was fine the room could have been better though. There was a electrical outlet that needed replaced. And the shower did not drain very good. The room could have been cleaner also.

The room smelled of cigarettes. The window was open and off the track, able to fix it ourselves There was hair in the bath tub… and not just a little Breakfast in a bag? We had to ask for the sunny d because the machine was empty My daughters family stayed In another room. 2 little kids They weren’t even offered the juice Someone had their toddler running and screaming up and down the hallway at 10:30 at night

We stay in a few time and this ocassion was to many noisy in the hall, kid's play with the door on the night,and the bed they was very uncomfortable. We never have this problem before. So sad we don't sleep well.

The sink and bathtub backed up and took a while to drain. That was the worst thing, which wasn’t terrible. There was only a breakfast bag and no continental breakfast because of Covid. That was disappointing but they at least gave us a breakfast bag with muffins, a banana, and a cereal bar. Another hotel we stayed in a few weeks ago only had coffee. Though the Covid restriction really isn’t the hotel’s fault.

The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. There were plenty of towels. It was close to Kings Island.

the hotel advertised continental breakfast but none was available. if the hotel doesn't serve breakfast due to covid, then they shouldn't advertise that continental breakfast is available. also, the mini fridge was broken and didn't work. and there was no coffee pot for the coffee maker. the beds were clean but overall there was a musty smell about the place. not what I expected. I wouldn't stay there again.

Missing grab bar in the shower. We were woken up at 4:30 in the morning to loud banging on our door. When I asked what was wrong there was no answer.

Breakfast was bagged. And you had to ask for it, no drinks. Coffee was all gone. Lobby was very dirty. Room had red stains on carpet didn't know if it was blood or kool-aid. Hopefully kool-aid... no elevator so we had to carry everything up & down stairs.
