So many motels do this with their bedding - two very thin sheets sandwiched around a heavy "quilt". This does not allow for many options for different kinds of sleepers. We are warm sleepers and would appreciate one sheet and a lightweight blanket - maybe fleece. The pillows were what I call "broken" - that is very limp and non-supportive.

Location was fine as I had to be at a nearby hospital by 6AM for surgery.

I can't say I didn't like anything it's just stupid little annoyances that was more amusing than anything. The microwave sounds like it's going to blow up lol. The garbage cans are ridiculously small. Mmmmm maybe good for a Smurf lol. The phone didn't work but that's not a big deal. The orange juice machine in the breakfast lounge didn't work that kinda sucked. I'm sorry to say but the free breakfast they advertise is kinda crappy. Honestly they would be better off just doing coffee and donuts lol. But hey, the price for the room was super awesome and there's a Wendy's right next door problem solved LOL. So overall we would definitely come back ❣️

The staff was so kind and helpful. Housekeeping was nice and so considerate. It was Peaceful, clean and comfortable. Absolutely perfect for what my elderly mom and I needed. Mom is 89 and totally dependent. The staff asked about her every day and that meant a lot. They were so thoughtful. We had a handicap room and it was perfect for her. It has been a wonderful experience. The bed is soooooooo comfy.

Breakfast needs more variety. It was extremely scant. The bananas served on my first morning were overripe and only good for baking! The lack of variety made me feel that the hotel is just providing what's necessary to be able to say they provide breakfast and did not demonstrate any desire to serve the guests. If the staff wants repeat guests, I suggest they upgrade their breakfast menu to show their guests the staff really cares about their stay and wants them to come back.

Room was comfortable and the thermostat heated the room perfectly. I was on the second floor across from the elevator and worked from my room most of my stay. Internet was flawless, privacy was respected, and, for being close to the elevator, the traffic noise was low.

Just the window seat was stained

The checkin was great & the location was great! The only thing that bothers me was there’s a window seat that’s all stained up . It would give a better impression if that was cleaned

Breakfast was extremly limited. First room given was not finished with beds still undone and dirty bathroom. There were suttle things that looked like unhappy cleaners such as hand prints on the mirror above the bed.

Extra room we had in a suite size. My husband liked having a couch.

The hotel was basically what I expected. The only things I could complain about would be the shower drain was clogged and didn't drain well. So the tub filled up while I showered. Also the cushion in the window had some obvious stains.

The location and price were exactly what I needed. Overall the room was clean and the issues mentioned below were not deal breakers for me.

Property needs some repairs like loose floor tiles in the bathroom but nothing that detracted from my stay.

Clean, comfortable, convenient, easy to find. Walmart is in the next parking lot. Lots of restaurants around. The staff is super nice.
