I arrived in town 12 hours earlier than expected. I called the front desk to see if it was possible to pay for an extra day. I was willing to pay a full days rate even though I was checking in 1 day early. I was told they were booked full. As I was driving around to the other hotels, I noticed the parking lot was half empty. So I pulled in. A gentleman immediately appeared in the entrance and stopped me halfway across the parking lot with a shake of his head.no vacancies, he said. Not one other hotel was full that night. I found this to be extremely rude.

The breakfast options were minimal. There was also no soft lighting in the room, no bedside lamps. All the lights were bright fluorescent lights that were mounted near the ceiling. They gave the room a very "school classroom" ambiance.

This is a convenient location right off the Indiana Turnpike with several dining options close by, some even within walking distance. (My favorite is Culver's, however, which is on the other side of the Turnpike but still nearby.) The bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean and updated. The name, however, should tell you that the rooms are not spacious. Two people with suitcases in a room with a queen bed will feel quite cramped. If you're just stopping here for the night, however, not a bad option.

The only things we didn't like was there was no vending machines on the first floor. We also didn't like that we were not able to go in and out of the side door so it was kind of pointless to park on that side of the building closer to our room. Also, one of the jets on the jacuzzi was not blowing out very well but all the other jets were working great. The other thing was that the lights would randomly turn on in the middle of the night because of the sensor. It was disturbing to have to get up and keep shutting them off while we were trying to sleep.

Overall, the room was good and clean. The jacuzzi worked but with a minor complication. The lobby was very nice. The staff was kind and helpful. A gentleman was kind enough to provide us with an extra blanket and pillow with no problems at all. The bed was pretty comfortable too.

We travel through this area often - this is our preferred hotel of the options at this exit. The beds are comfortable, it's clean, and the breakfast options are fine.

I have stayed at this location several times and have always been happy with the stays.The staff is always friendly, the rooms clean and comfortable. It's a good value for the money.

The lights kept going on when you moved around the room. The breakfast was a joke. The bed had a metal bar around it, that held in the mattress, that I kept hitting everything I got in bed and I have a 4 inch bruise on my leg. The hair dryer didn't work. The fridge was way too small.

Breakfast needed improvement. The front desk was not always staffed. The staff member for the front desk was often in the back room and not at the front desk. When you were at the front desk needing assistance, you therefore had to hollow out asking for help and for someone to come to the front counter so you could receive service.

The bathroom only contains tiny bars of soap. Maybe in spoiled but i would expect more for my money.

We had a mobility accessible room. There was nowhere to sit anything in the bathroom. Also the outlets to plug your electronics in were very inconveniently located.
