Rooms were not properly setup. No amenities like shampoo and misc trash was in the closet.

Location was great easy on amd off highway. Next to food and walmart.

That the A/C was on a sensor so it took all night to cool down and was very stuff in the room. Every time we left the room and got back it was 75-77 in our room. So it was hard to fall a sleep in this condition!!!

Would have liked daily housekeeping...that would have been nice.

Very clean, well kept facilities! Appreciated the fact that they did not allow dogs or pets. The continental breakfast was amazing, and offered great selections, lobby was very welcoming, and I liked the fact that they offered ice cold water when you walked in...as most people were probably hiking at Indiana Dunes all day nearby...

Floors and walls in room were not that clean. Dried nasty stuff on bathroom will and my white socks got so dark in 1 night

Carpet was not thoroughly vacuumed especially by the wall, The bathroom had dirt in the corners of the floor and walls could use a fresh coat of paint.. The panel strip the microwave was sitting on was missing. Just a few minor fixes and updates would make the room look much better.

Close to events, restaurants and stores. The staff was very helpful, professional and polite. Plenty of food available for breakfast.

AC didn’t work right and it was super hot in the room. always smells like weed throughout the whole hotel. Elevator is sketchy, and makes strange noises and sounds.

could have been cleaner. the free breakfast was not worth it, we did not eat it. initial check in wasn’t great. the lady told us they were booked but we said multiple times that we already booked a reservation, not trying to walk in and book a new one.

Employee parking under shaded entryway everyday. Hallway trash ignored by cleaning staff.

The room was dirty (smudges on the desktop and a funny smell). Only blackout curtain, no translucent curtain. The walls were so thin that we could hear the TV in the room next to us and people walking above us for hours when we were trying to get our kids to sleep, and then ourselves. The breakfast was okay but there was no good fruit. We paid about $200 for the night and I would put the true value closer to $80.

The couch in our room was old and gross. It should be thrown out of there YESTERDAY. The carpet in the room needed to be upgraded.

Bed bugs in 205. Negative review. Positive review for room 208. Clean, comfy king bed, sofa, window seat, frig. Wal-Mart across street.

The front desk staff accomodating, polite. The first room 205 was unacceptable...so I requested a room that had been fumigated and was given keys to 208. I liked the efficient handling of unpleasant situation on first night..

the walls are so thin you can hear the conversation in the next room. The room key cards had to be rekeyed daily. The breakfast was very simple and had no fresh fruit. The coffee, especially in the room, is bad.
