The knob to the tub didn’t work well and the elevator need the carpet to come up from the floor it very dirty put tiles stay clean better

Corridor and lift carpets very very stained and sticky. Lift smelt. Need overhaul of corridors and lift. All drinks dispensing machines were broken.

Clean linen and towels. Room clean and bed comfortable. Came to BWI airport to pick us up and took us back the next morning.

The shower curtain was dirty. The bathroom ceiling had a patch on it. The room smells like a meldew mop. Breakfast area was in the lobby.

Seating options were limited with sofa sagging & in such poor condition it was impossible to sit comfortably. 3 out of 4 ice machines I tried to use were inoperable.

There was a smell on 2nd floor hallway that was bothersome but only was in hallway to get to elevator so was manageable

We stayed in Microtel when it first opened waaaay back in the day. Today it is NOTHING like it was, whoever took over ownership is doing a horrible job. There was a vacant room 2 doors down from us that the lock was broke on the door and the room was a complete mess, there was definitely some squatters in there. The room was clean but like I said nothing like it used to be. This was an overnight anniversary stay for us. We will not stay here again.

The breakfast was a small bottle of sunny D and chocolate prepackaged muffin. The front doors don’t open and you need to manually open them. They give you only two pillows. The customer service is non existent. The hallways smell. The floors are warped. Apparently every single washer and dryer has been broken for over a month (my two stays were a month apart) because they are “waiting on the part”.

The location by the airport, restaurants and movie theater is good. The bed was comfortable.

Smell of cigarettes and marijuana being smoked in rooms. I was sick traveling to my sister's celebration of life, asked to check in early and was charged an additional $35.00. When I asked the front desk for ice, I was told no ice in the building.

unfortunately my family and I was in room 205- there was an open condom in the bed, so obviously housekeeping isn’t thoroughly CLEANING THE ROOMS PROPERLY, and was a bad odor.. The front desk guy was ok,but really didn’t understand, I had to write down on paper why I was requesting another room, and afterwards he didn’t even apologize, but gave us a better room on the first floor!! Glad we are ONLY STAYING FOR ONE NIGHT

The front Desk, Nick was very nice. Different cultures work at this location, which isn’t bad, but I was asking a lady a question from housekeeping seem to be unpleasant or just didn’t want to take time to listen when I was asking to speak to a supervisor or manager

My room did not have a remote at the time of my stay and when I was given one it was filthy and didn’t work with the TV so nothing was resolved. The carpets were slightly dirty and the bed only had two small pillows.

The hotel looked rather beaten up, the curtains had occasional holes in the lining the sun was coming though, the bed linen looked old and the pillows were very uncomfortable. The gym was closed, we could see the complete disarray inside with the ceiling insulation hanging over the gym equipment. The note on the glass gym door said it was closed due to covid. the breakfast was in a to go bag. At check in staff was ok, but repeated the check out time a few times as if they could not wait to get rid of us.

We’ve stayed at other Microtel properties before and we very pleased, that’s why we chose this one. However, the overall facility is dated and very worn in appearance. We needed a bed and bath after an international flight and both were clean, otherwise the carpets and upholstery were questionable and the security door latch was broken.

Didn't have a ironing board or iron I had to call for them to bring them.wasnt in the room Plus false breakfast lied. They had orange juice in muffin in a bag that's not breakfast we had to go out in buy breakfast. It was hair in the tub I want my money back period oh the age in the room didn't work

I had to switch rooms because the remote didn’t work but it probably needed batteries but we switched next door. Both rooms have a musty smell that’s giving me a headache; not sure if it’s the AC or the carpets. I have to be at an event in the morning I’m not going to change hotels. I cant comment on the breakfast or anything yet.

The location is in a good area and the beds are comfy. Staff is nice and maintenance came right away to see what the issue was with the TV.

our room had an ant infestation. we asked for extra towels and wash clothes and no one brought them and I had to go to the laundry and wait for her to give me one bath when there was some folded behind her. smaller than what it seemed like in pictures and definitely in need of a deep clean.

it was close to where we were needing to go. the price.
