Part of our party had to cancel their stay on Sunday night because you were shutting off the water at an early hour. You could have waited until most everyone had left before you did that and because of that - I will not recommend your establishment even tho I think the accomodations basically are pretty nice.

I thought the breakfast was a little skimpy. I couldn't eat much as I am lactose intolerant and you did not provide any lactose free milk.

Was not a big issue but breakfast menu a bit limited and carb focused. Pancake machine was down both days so wife was a bit depressed. She got over it! Coffee machine was operating after breakfast hours but having juice machine operational as well would be nice and probably not that costly.

Check in and out was friendly and efficient. Very surprised with how open and inviting front lobby was. Room and hotel very clean and appears decor was new or recently updated. Good location for us between Finger Lakes and Rochester New York, For those who want fast food variety there is a Taco Bell, KFC and Dunkin Donuts just out front door. Would definitely stay again and recommend this property.

I left my room pass in the room just as the door closed. I walked down to the front desk to ask for help. The fellow very nicely gave me a new pass. Very nice but I could have been a thief. Never verified who I was.

Price was a bit higher than would have liked.

Breakfast was very good, but would have preferred more fresh fruit and eggs. Staff was extremely pleasant all through the hotel. Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable.Room was also quiet.

Not my top choice location but closer hotels were either fully booked or overpriced. Along the state highway so area is not very walkable. No issues with road noise on our side of the building.

Clean, modern, comfortable and conveniently located within 15 min drive of Canandaigua. Simple breakfast with cereal, yogurt, beverages, bagels/muffins. Easy check-in and check-out. Would stay again if no closer options were available.

The roll-in shower bench seat in our handicapped room was too far back away from the controls with the diverter at the normal shower head and main valve way out of reach. Also, a portable transfer bench should be available for use in the accessible room with a tub or as an add-on for this one. TV channel selection was rather limited.

Breakfast was a little sparse and we had to ask for the basics like pancake mix and milk to be refilled.

It is located just off the thruway and the rooms are large. Any dirty towels were picked up each day and garbage emptied.

The size of the room was small. I would have preferred a better kitchen area (sink included). The location of the toilet paper roll was very odd. The shelving over the toilet doesn't make sense. Items can easily fall into the toilet.

the breakfast was very basic, a few more options would have been nice. also, this seems like a place people just stop by, not a destination by itself (no pool for example). its not necessarily a negative, it is just what it is.

A new and clean hotel. we stayed there for 3 nights for touring the region (finger lakes, Rochester, Niagara falls), and we mainly used it for sleeping.. which it was was very comfortable for, just off the 90 highway. many eating options nearby, and a couple supermarkets as well.
