Perfect location if staying in Palm Coast area.

Quite a few of the wall plugs in the room(318) need to be replaced. They were very loose and wouldn't hold my plugs.

The area was nice, I'd stayed at their sister hotel just up the road last year. The room was comfortable and spacious and the water hot and a good pressure. Easy to get to and from Welcome to Rockville.

We were placed on the 2nd floor with an elevator that had a doorbell to push so the front staff could manually send it up. I was traveling with a friend who couldn’t stand for very long and was having extreme difficulty waiting for it as it was a very long wait. Nowhere to sit while watching. We should have been told that there was an issue with it and we would have asked for the 1st floor.

Our room was facing the parking lot and the trash containers were emptied at 3:00am! May have been an outside waste management company but was very loud and disturbing.

Great location, staff was friendly, rooms were acceptable and within expectation.

The women at reception made us wait 10 minutes while she was on the phone. And then it was very hard to understand her. She wasn't very pleasant. There were 2 dogs on our floor and they kept whining and barking. Mamaborz@yahoo.com

Clean room. My daughter especially liked the soft wide mattress on the windowsill ! Man at the front desk was very positive, friendly…even though we arrived at midnight( night Feb 25-26) Women at the kitchen was helpful during the breakfast. Thank you

Dated, the safe in the room didn’t work. Reported it on arrival and never got repaired. They ran out of food at breakfast 3 of the 5 mornings .

Sheets not changed 1 time in 11 nights sign in room claims would be done every 3 days. Room keys failed 4 times and had to be reset

Breakfast was overcrowded with guests/families. Hardly able to get coffee, only one person working. Not enough chairs, long lines for food.

Room ok - light on bedside table did not work. Lighting a bit too bright. Bathroom light and fan just one switch - would have preferred 2 so that it was not so noisy when you needed to turn on light.

It was not advertised that you have to be 21 to get a room I’m 19 and booked a room from booking and when I got there they said I had to have a parent to gat a room luckily I came to Florida to visit my mom they also didn’t tell us they did cleaning every three days and it had been about two weeks before anyone came to are room they tried to say they told me but out of the three people that were with me not one remembers them saying anything so we had two weeks of trash we were washing are towels at me mom’s house when room service came in there first and only time coming in a lady came in saying’s we were disgusting that it was gross I will admit it was the day after Christmas so we had just got back with a lot of stuff and just fell asleep the moment we got there so it was a little stuffy but when I asked here what she wanted me to do with the trash she throw a trash bag at me and told me to go through it in the trash thankfully there was a kind man that was taking out the trash that seemed done with the lady to, took the trash for me because apparently it was locked other then that it was a nice stay better then other places I have stayed

breakfast choices were good, staff was very nice. We unfortunately had a barking dog in the next room. We had a lot of family activities outside of our stay but the parking was safe and easily accessible.
