Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Arrived at hotel to be told hotel was overbooked. Front desk clerk knew of a room that might be available, she would check. The Front Desk clerk returned and said she'd cleaned the bathroom and all she needed to do was the beds and sweep, then we'd be able to check in. She didn't know the soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower were empty, I found that out in the morning. My bed was the squeekiest I have ever encountered at a hotel. Left a note with the Morning Front Desk clerk, asked that it be given to the General Manager. Would I recommend staying at that location-never!!!!

United StatesThe breakfast was out of a lot of things. Juice machines were out of order. Waffles mix was empty. We made do with what they had. I heard from one of the guests that there was an apparent employee problem. They were,like many places, short handed. You could not tell this by the cleanliness of the rooms and hallways. Everyplace we went to in the building was very clean.
The rooms were clean and larger than some. The bathroom was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and moisturizer. This was definitely a plus. The staff was friendly and helpful. The area around the hotel had a big selection of restaurants. We would definitely stay here again! Restaurants nearby: Bob Evans, Applebees, McDonalds and Chick Fil A among others.

United StatesClearly you get what you pay for. The whole building is run down and badly in need of updating. It smelled like feces when we walked in. When we booked the reservation said the queen suite had 2 queen beds, but it was one queen bed and a pull out sofa that was very uncomfortable. The pool smelled and looked like it had mold on the stairs and the AC unit in the supposed workout room was in pieces on the floor.

United StatesWhen we arrived I had to go looking for towels and toilet paper for all three rooms myself. When I asked staff, which as far as I could tell, there was not enough of, they were inundated with other custormers or had to still wash some and told me to come later! Mind you, they did not offer to bring them. Also I was told that they did not clean rooms until we left from our stay.
The rooms were mostly clean and well located to fit our needs.

United StatesWe checked in at 15:00 (check in started at 14:00). Our room had not been cleaned from the previous guests. We went to the front desk and made them aware of the situation and they said they would get rite on it. We left, and returned at 02:00 am. The room had not been touched. The check in attendant had no other rooms. He did go up and put on fresh sheets and towels.

United StatesOur room was dingy. No soap in the bathroom. One bed had 3 pillows without pillow cases. Carpets were dirty and sticky in spots. The breakfast was terrible with very little to offer. The waffle mix was watery and hardly any fruit. There wasn't much else to it. We have stayed at other hotels with "breakfast included" that had twice as much to offer.

United StatesThe manager was nowhere to be found. Housekeeping was trying to handle check in. they called Tiffany for help but she didn't come. The room had not been cleaned. wet towels in the floor. Toothpaste in the sink. There was no coffee or really much breakfast the next morning. I spoke with the manager the next morning at checkout and she said "hey its my last day here".
