The laundry room was a mess for our entire stay.

This was our first time in Utah for National Archery Tournament. The hotel welcomed our team of kiddos with warm smiles, and special good luck posters for our team. The hotel was clean and kept tidy. The breakfast buffet has a variety of delicious options. We will definitely be back.

Room was spacious and very clean. Everything was comfortable. Hotel surrounding noise level low and several dining facilities very nearby.

Nothing was gross or dirty but there were some stains here and there. A stain on the carpet, a small one on the comforter and some dry liquid spots on the furniture that looked like it was some kind of cleaner that got sprayed and dripped. The shower floor creaked a LOT when standing.

Breakfast was great. They change it up every day a little bit (bacon one morning, sausage the next. That kind of thing). Having a full kitchen in the king bed room was AWESOME. Location is amazing with all kinds of stores and restaurants extremely close.

there was not always somebody at the front desk. A couple of times I had to wait there a while before somebody showed up. I had a problem because one of the drawers in my room had not been cleaned and it contained a diabetic injector that somebody had left behind and some other garbage.

The room was well equipped With a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a small kitchen, a desk to work at. It had a small exercise room with filtered drinking water. It has a nice pool. The room had a large TV set. Everything seemed pretty clean.

The remote control for the TV didn't work correctly. I could not change channels so I had to watch black and white westerns..I'm a night owl so that really sucked. I told the staff when I checked out

I always like bed on the firm side as the softness causes me back pain so maybe it's not bad for most people but not good for my back or neck. There was a musty smell of a "not thoroughly dried" clothing/ carpet ( I'm not sure) but it went away after a day or 2 when we kept the window open to air the room. Maybe a freshener/ spray will have covered the smell before we came in.

Great breakfast with good selection of items. They have bacon, eggs, biscuit and all the items that are very filling and make you very satisfied. The staffs are very helpful, courteous, and the check in and check out was really quick which is very much appreciated after a 91/2 hr. travel. Having restaurants in the surrounding area is a big plus to our family who are very food- centered!

The crowd at the pool was drinking with open whiskey bottles on the tables. Was not family friendly.

Did not get the room described or pictured. We were given the room that was as far as you could get from the elevator. The kitchen area was clean, but the carpet and furniture was dusty. Toilet and shower area was very cramped. The refrigerator ran loudly and constantly the whole visit. Since we needed to use the pull out sofa bed, no place to sit to eat, but that didn't matter, because our food went bad in the fridge..too warm. I will not be using that facility again in the future.

Poor customer service. Gave my room away and the manager or even IHG customer service never cared to contact me an update on my complaint. I made the complaint in person at the hotel and even called up customer service.

We have never in years of travel been treated so poorly . Would not honor my late checkout and threatened to call the police because Estee my girl asked for 15 min so I could finish putting my prosthetic leg on . They messed up the reservation from the first footsteps . I want a refund for the 300 a night room .
