Perfect location for seeing the main tourist buzz in Boston. A stone’s throw from Quincy market and 2 minutes from the water. Hotel room was superbly clean and had all amenities.

Our air vents looked really dirty and one of the remotes needed new batteries. The staff member that checked us in barely said anything to us and was not very welcoming.

Our room was very spacious and comfortable with a great view and a small balcony that overlooked the Quincy Market area that was really fun.

Property is dated and requires some refurbishment. Quite expensive as you pay for the location. Hate the fridges that have sensors and packed with stuff which you cannot remove to put your own stuff.

Great location walking distance to the main attractions and transport. Friendly helpful staff. When we checked in to our room, it was smelling of tobacco even though it was supposed to be non smoking hotel. However staff were very responsive and upgraded us to a suite at no extra cost.

Hotel is a bit outdated - scratched furniture. The restaurant food is not good

Destination charge of $30 per room per night feels like a bit of a gotcha after booking - explained as being due to central location - I thought that was what the room charge was for? Might as well advertise the room as $30 more and skip the disappointment of the additional mandatory charge. Looks like the marketing folk need to finish the business integrity course!

Great location with proximity to North End Dining and Tourist attractions, close to transport and places to eat.

The added fee for early check in (that was not stated at time of asking/securing from the facility (I'm sure my husband and I could have found something to do for 3 hours. Not to mention, we checked out 5 hours early and wasn't given any type CREDIT for that (which I didn't expect to receive); and, 2) The AUTOMATIC 20% tip at their restaurant - the few times we ate there, I would not rate the service or food as being 20% tip worthy;

Everything was wonderful - except, added fees that were not disclosed in advance.

Little tired decor wise, our ceiling in room had a crack in it and needed repainting. Smelt a little musty though was very clean.

Beware when it says breakfast is included as it’s actually only a $25 credit Also beware of any additional taxes as my booking said price includes all additional taxes then on checkout they tried to add on other taxes

Was a little surprised to see the tub drain was just a plug with a wing nut. Not something I would have expected for this scale of hotel. The room was very dry. Was constantly feeling like we could not get enough water when in the room, scratchy throat in the middle of the night, etc.

Nice room with respect to size compared to the room we stayed in last time we where in Boston. Very helpful staff. Lots of places to visit and eat within walking distance.

The balcony door in our room was broken and kept opening in the wind during the night. We were told it's a problem in many of their rooms. I would love to stay again as long as that problem is fixed.
