It was hard to get in and out with the passcode outside of the building I wasn’t sure which pin I needed to type in.

The property was very appealing to the eyes and gave me a homely vibe, Like I never left home.

TV was a pain. I think batteries were about done (but the fab concierge found me some replacements) AC didn't work.

The length of our stay! The Mint House was spectacular. Wish we were staying longer and cannot wait to return with friends for fun downtown Minneapolis activities.

The staff was wonderful, the location could not have been more perfect. Felt very safe in the area. We were able to park right at the entrance and unload, then the parking ramp was directly across the street. I cannot wait to come back in the summer and take advantage of the rooftop area and pool.

Pool should have an amovible cover in order to get protected from wind and rain. Also the other side of the rook should be covered by a plexiglass/transparent roof

Seemed safe enough but many locals told us not to go walking around after dark on our own. The apartment was very hot upon entry so we notified Mint House and the a/c was repaired quickly. The carpets were not vacuumed and the hard flooring was not mopped. We called about this and they came up to vacuum the carpets. In my opinion, this should be part of the cleaning process... so not sure what happened there. Overall good stay.

This was perfect for our girls trip and afforded privacy over a hotel room. The location was good and walkable to many restaurants, convention center, etc. But that also means it's noisy. The not so used surfaces and utensils were a bit dusty, but it was not a big deal.

Amazing place and location. Super easy to check in and out, great comfortable space, lovely, kind people (and pets :)). Strong WiFi, wonderful common area on the 17th floor with great views, the perfect space to chill before going to bed.

Good location - easy walk to Minneapolis Convention Center. Good amenities - kitchen was well stocked, washer dryer etc. Friendly staff when they were on shift - Chris, Myles were both very helpful.

confusion about booking confirmation/check in procedures. Confirmation emails with booking numbers were not sent to my email probably due to issues with booking.com. I was easily able to call and chat with someone with mint house though to sort out the problem, so it wasn't bad.

We had some issues with the washer, dishwasher, and lights. They were short staffed, so we weren’t able to talk to anyone at the property on the day we needed assistance. The corporate office was helpful though.

This was a great location with all the amenities you could want. We walked, took the light rail, or rented bikes to get everywhere we wanted to go.

The pool environment was a little crazy during our time there. Adults blocking the entry steps, drinking from glass alcohol bottles, making lewd remarks and commenting that they were urinating in the pool. I was traveling with a 15-year-old, so this was disappointing.

Check In instructions can be delayed or unclear. If you don’t receive the check in email, they are quick to respond and provide a replacement. The email does also include everything you need to get in but it’s a little unclear which code belongs to front door vs hotel room/apartment. Finally, you need to meet with a front desk agent/concierge to check in for elevator use so I could see unusual hours being problematic.

We enjoy the living space being geared towards long term living. While our past couple of stays have only been one night each, the accommodations have been comfortable and clean, we had options to cook/heat things up at “home” and a fridge for drinks/snacks. Target is also close for last minute staples.

Loved the apartment! Beds were comfortable, clean bathrooms, everything you'd need in the kitchen too. Lounge area with pool and pool table, whole kitchen for hosting was perfect for our small after wedding get together. Perfect, perfect location downtown with easy walking to lots of restaurants and bars. And whoever did their interior decorating did a great job! I will definitely stay here again!!

There is no staff to ask things to! I arrived in the early morning and my access code did not work. I had to wait 2 hours to get in.

If you forget your key fob in the room, you can't get up the elevator. When it's after-hours, it could take the person 45 minutes to come to let you up the elevator. Cross your fingers someone else is going up the elevator eventually and will let you join them.

Dryer didn't work very well.

First, let me state the obvious - the location is perfect and whoever the decorator/designer is of the property interior (exterior front entry, lobby, elevator areas and hallyways) needs an aware because it's amazing and always smelled really nice! The unit itself was spacious, clean and modern, and that bed felt heavenly. The only suggestion I would have is that the lamps provide a little more lighting in the bedroom and when using the dryer, it didn't get hot ot stay on longer than 2 minutes. Other than that, enjoyed my stay. I've already told several people about the Mint House and hope to be back and find something similar in other cities!
