Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesWe chose an executive suit with 2 queen and a king bed because it said that it had a sitting area. For three adults, a sitting chair and a desk chair were all that we got. That is not a sitting area as far as I am concerned.

I love that the hotel accommodated my family of 6 without making me book 2 rooms! We have 4 children and most hotels try make you book 2 rooms. My kids are not old enough to be in a room by themselves and I don't want to sleep in separate rooms from my family on a family vacation.

United StatesThe price was too high, especially for a room with a view of another hotel. The pool and hot tub were in need of cleaning, which I believe was scheduled for just after our stay.
The front desk staff and courtesy airport shuttle driver Carolyn were all very professional and friendly. The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast options were very good. The pool area has a bathroom and a shower area, and the game room was enjoyed by my daughter.

We were only at the hotel at night before leaving early each morning, so the only thing that I can comment on would be the staff. The staff has excellent customer service skills, and the ones making breakfast were super! They never stop from before 0600 until everything is clean well after breakfast is over, but remained friendly! Kudos to the staff!
