With the Metro Rail Little Tokyo station 1/2 block away open it is so convenient to go all over LA

Large room, very clean. Comfortable beds. Whilst we did not use the hotel parking, there’s a shopping centre parking lot next door, so very convenient and quite affordable @$15 per day. Metro is also a short walk away. Late check-out (noon) a nice touch too

The window blinds and curtains are outdated needs to be changed.

The lobby was nice and clean. Having a cafe in the hotel was so convenient for the guest to get a quick meal. The room was very clean and bed was comfortable. The staff including the valet staff were amazing , accomodating and very professional. Location was perfect.

We didn't have maid service the entire time we were there since I always clean up and make our own beds. The only thing I request is extra towels. The hotel gives 2 free water bottles a day, but since we didn't have maid service, once I had to pay for my water bottles.

The location was great. Right in the heart of Little Tokyo with lots of shops and eating places. The room was clean and lots of room for three. The hotel itself was clean. Valet parking was $45/night, but it was safe and convenient and the staff was pleasant.

The chemical smell of the cleaning products was overpowering and stayed on our clothes after we left. The parking fee was listed at $33, but was actually $45.

No slippers. And our room was facing the roadside and it can get quite noisy when people are loud outside.

A bit too expensive

Room was very big and comfortable. Its location in Little Tokyo is maybe one of the best in downtown LA (in my opinion, downtown really doesn’t feel safe)

The only thing was that there were 4 bottles of water in the room but you had to pay €1,50 for each - think it would have been reasonable to offer these complementary!

The hotel was lovely - good sized room and very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was also good - right in the middle of Little Tokyo.

Lack of hot water on the final night of our stay.

Our stay was in a fantastic location, situated in the heart of Little Tokyo. We found many amazing shops and restaurants within walking distance, including the Okayama Kobo Bakery located in the hotel lobby. The room provided to us was both clean and comfortable, making our stay a very pleasant one.

Parking was inconvenient. I don't like using valet, but there was really no other option beyond public parking.

The room was clean and conveniently located near the elevator. The staff was friendly and the amenities (24-hour convenient store, bakery) made it easy to get breakfast. I would stay here again.

Hotel is in the heart of vibrant Little Tokyo, very close to the subway and the Japanese American Museum. Room was spotless and had a great view of DTLA. The concierge was extremely friendly and helpful.

Location was great. The room and property were clean and comfortable. The in-room mini fridge and complimentary toiletries were a great convenience, as was the lobby snack/convenience store.
