The unit seemed barren. It's a great unit, lots of space, high ceiling, 2 bed, 2 bath. All painted white. The pictures on the wall are black and white. Just adding some color to the space would help it immensely.

Customer service went "above and beyond" to get me into the property. This was an emergency trip that required me to book the flights and lodging that afternoon. I guess that normally there's a 24 hour turnaround for CS to obtain and send the unit number, the entry code and the gate code. When I arrived at 1:30AM, none of this had been processed yet. However, 15 minutes with customer service and everything was set up. I was able to get in with no problem.

It didn’t have enough toiletries for the 12 days I had to go find someone to supply more stuff. The apartment smells and has a lot of humidity

Local management apparently didn't communicate well with Tucker Customer Service folks. And cleaning staff who knocked on our door at 9:30am the day of our departure (checkout time was 11am) only spoke Spanish.

The kitchen was top notch & well equipped. Even had both a coffee maker and electric tea kettle, with high quality coffee pods, tea, creamers, and sweeteners to welcome us. Nice dishes, cutlery, glasses, and a good dishwasher. Plus a washer & dryer with detergent! Large comfortable couch, large living area, huge TV, with another TV in the bedroom. Great closets, easy parking, great location for access to highway & stores. When we encountered a problem, we were able to reach a live customer service person on the phone within less than two minutes. They did everything they could to solve the problem. When not all could be fixed during our stay, I was issued a refund. I would HIGHLY recommend Tucker - and this place - for an excellent value when visiting Boynton Beach!

There was a bunch of damages in the room that didn’t make it look as nice I have stayed here a few times and this room this time was disappointing. The tv and internet didn’t work ether.. there was a crack/hole in the pool I hurt my foot on as well.

The gym was lacking. Minimal equipment. BBQ grills were old and dirty. Did not use. No elevator. We were on the 3rd floor. Not usually a problem but moving in and out was a chore. Out of control of Tucker, but entrance to the complex was terrible. A code needed to be entered at the gate. Sometimes people could not enter the code properly. Wait time to enter the complex sometimes took 8-10 minutes.

Location was excellent. Close to I95 and Woolbright (a main east-west road). Apartment was roomy and relatively quiet (minimal noise from adjacent apartments). Clean also. Bed was above average. TVs in living room and bedroom. Laundry facility in apartment was convenient. Pools were clean, with good supply of chairs. Parking was never a problem. Maintenance was prompt. Two problems resolved quickly.

Wouldn’t say it’s luxurious. Seems like an old apartment that they made some minor renovations to. Had some rusting and old fixtures in my unit. Upon arrival there were a plethora of millipedes in our unit. After getting them out, there were more that same night and next morning. Also had two roaches during our stay.

Customer service was great and prompt. Felt like home away from home. Cozy and well seized apartment in a great area.

Next time I’ll request a lower floor. Not a problem but would have been easier for me. Not their fault.

I loved that there were coffee pods and cream available. I usually don’t use them but it was very good in biodegradable pods. I have actually since ordered them from the company for my own use at home. Never thought I’d use them but the coffee was good.

Front door lock is a real nightmare! After traveling for 17 hours, we arrived at the condo at 8 pm. The code they gave us didn't work, despite many attempts. We called customer service and they changed the code 5 times!! To no avail. After two exhausting hours on the phone with the person trying to help us, we requested a locksmith. We were told it would take 15 minutes to an hours! Finally, we were able to get in. The locksmith arrived half an hour after we were already inside. A resident in the building told us that this problem with the locks is a constant issue, but the administration doesn't care. What a shame, we will never go back!!

Some things needed some attention. Some closet doors were off the tracks and one toilet wasnt flushing properly. I emailed but there was a lag time for response.once i called the number tho maintenance was sent and issues resolved but it was it took a few days. I think reaching someone direc tly was hard.

The apartment was very clean and the location great. It was roomy and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. Pretty quiet location. All the appliances worked well and getting supplies like tissue and towels were easy to get.

The bed in the second bedroom wasn’t the greatest but it worked.

I love the area and the safety of the property it was very clean and your staff was very accommodating! My mom is handicapped and they were able to give me a ground floor apt 104 we loved it!

We had an issue with the bedroom walk in closet. The carpet was soaking wet. You could not step inside because your feet would be soaking wet and therefore this made the closet unusable. I got in contact with the guest experience team several times over the week we stayed here about this issue and they said they would dispatch someone to come out to address the issue. Every time I reached out I got the same excuse. No one ever did come out to address the situation nor did I receive any compensation for this inconvenience.

Apartment was updated but not luxurious. Updates were done to make it more modern. Apartment was very comfortable. Gated community. Grounds and pool area were very nice.
