Shower wall needs to be secured. Door is hard to close due to the lose wall. Plumbing really needs to be covered in the bathroom to look better. Bas boards and floor by base boards Need cleaned better. Kitchen faucet is loose and doesn’t retract. Front door is hard to open. I think just some TLC for overall appearance.

We liked the layout. The hot water was really great and was a very good feature. Mattress was comfortable.

It would have been helpful to have a towel rack in the bathroom. Also, to lock and unlock the door was challenging. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

The house was cute. Everything was functional and clean. Nice backyard with outdoor fire pit, which we enjoyed.

I didn’t care for the pathway to the house.

I liked the ability to get a tiny house experience. The house looks like the pictures. The house wasn’t far from restaurants (I didn’t cook in the house).

The internet would not connect the first night so the TV would not work. The 2nd night the internet was working so we were able to watch TV in the evening. Parking on the street was not the most convenient, but it worked out ok.

The tiny house was spacious for being a tiny house. It was convenient as for its location. We were plenty comfortable and it had pretty much everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and pretty nice. Nobody bothered us and we felt safe being there.

The only complaint is the hot water in the shower didn't get very hot and the stairs were loud going up and down.

The place was nice and clean. My son said he felt like he was staying in luxury lol. I wish we were there longer to enjoy the fire pit. The location was great for us as it was close to everything we needed to get to.

As a bigger person myself I didn’t realize how small the steps was. It defiantly isn’t made for bigger people (which to be expected in a tiny home). I also didn’t like the idea of parking in the road. But the tiny home was very nice and very clean.

it was very warm upstairs, which is normal. bed sheets were hot (polyester,) and the WiFi was not good. another issue is the ad was misleading. it stated there are 2 queen beds and a sofa bed, but there was 1 queen bed, the sofa bed, and a twin blowup mattress. Also found a used condom wrapper under the bed.

Very home-y, clean/smelled great and organized. The owners were accommodating. everything we needed was provided.

I hate to be critical as I think this is a nice location and see that the hosts have invested much into this project. But they have asked and I want them to succeed so here goes. I think they need to reconsider the cleaning/maintenance service. Maybe an off day but one of the bath towels wasn't clean, there were stains on the bathroom door frame, and the kitchen faucet only has hot water. And even though we did appreciate finally getting onto the Wifi, we went back to using data as the Wifi was slow. The property seems fairly new and makes a great impression upon entry, but one notices rather quickly the wear-and-tear. I think the builders used lower-grade materials, so now the hosts will likely have to invest more in maintenance sooner than later. Either that or they've had some rowdy guests. (!)

Privacy and security with plenty of amenities (Refrigerator, Microwave, Coffee, Toaster Oven). Also, we had trouble getting on to the Wifi but the hosts came over right away and helped us out. TV also has plenty of options, as the hosts have Roku, Apple TV, etc. Shower was great - but be sure to lift up on the shower door so that it firmly closes (see below about construction).

Unfortunately the sofa was broken by former guests & I only found out when I thought I must have broken it myself and called the host. (It would have been nice to have been warned prior to almost breaking it more or hurting myself). The sleeping loft was pretty hot and smelled musty (though the sheets were obviously clean and smelled nice). We also could not figure out how to get the ceiling fan to stay on so maybe I should have called the host for help on that. The floor upstairs was really sticky too from all the condensation of the hot loft air mixed with the cool air of the rest of the tiny home. I don't think there were any charging outlets upstairs either so I couldn't really charge my phone while sleeping as I normally do.

The downstairs which contained the kitchen, bathroom and living space were stylish and the temperature was nice. There was plenty of dishes and basic spices, coffee, tea, water, and even bread! There were plenty of towels, wash cloths, and toiletries, etc.! There were games, an ironing board & iron and lots of other supplies. The host clearly tried to make the space feel like a home away from home for her guests.

Filthy outside yard nothing like the pictures. Roaches dead in the loft area host was not cooperative The owner woukd not approve a full refund and booking refused to assist and told me to reach out to the owner who refused to refund because I put a bad review on the sure. Look at the pictures I posted!!! That is what this Modern Tiny House looks like !!! Beware!

Nothing. I continued to request a refund from booking.com and was told I had to contact the owner. She refused to give me a full refund because I gave her a bad review. Really beware. Dishonest owner . I have to stay somewhere else and she has nothing to say except it was clean inside. I asked her to refund if I took the review down. Nothing. So I am out over $200 and the site refuses to do anything . Listing is still up . Don't reserve this unless you like vacationing in filth

I didn't like parking on the street or the walk area to the tiny house. The shower wall isn't secure to the shower floor/wall. It was hot in the loft where the bed is located, no ceiling fan to help cool it. The plumbing isn't that great. The floors were sticky. I didn't like the fact that the tiny house was in someone's back yard. The neighborhood a few houses down from the tiny house looks shady/doesn't feel safe.

It was a cute tiny house.

Her communication with me was very helpful with getting the wifi connection so I could connect my laptop with out using my own data.

Very quiet neighborhood, very clean house and the air conditioning worked very good it was very hot outside that day.

The baseboards were filthy, used tampons and pads in the trash, upstairs is not ventilated with a/c, rusty food by products, no garden view, gross smelling entrance to property, front door is not properly installed and not up to par as a luxury tiny home experience. Look elsewhere. I promise you will THANK ME!!!!

The place was so clean and organized, it was nicer than a hotel the property owner made sure this place sparkled with appeal and it was just right for a getaway for 2!
