- The sofa was very narrow for sleeping. - It would be nice to have an EV charger in the garage or at least 14-50 outlet in the future.

It is a spacious apartment located in a quiet neighborhood. The beach is just a 10-15 minute walk away, and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The kitchen had everything we needed during our stay, and the laundry machine was very useful. There was easy communication with the host, they provided clear instructions on how to access the room and garage.

The whole building and room was filled with directions for behavior and what not to do. We did not get a welcomed feeling but felt like we should apologize for being there. I would suspect majority of visitors know how to behave with common sense, even without a comprehensive list of orders. In addition, the kitchen was poorly equipped with very few plates, cutlery and poor quality frying pan (IKEA quality would be enough, but this was way below). Also would be good to mention that the pool is not heated. We would have loved to swim in the pool, but it was freezing cold - the sea was warmer. The place has potential, but was left "halfway". With a little upgrade and a more welcoming touch, we could easily give a higher grading.

I requested a crib for my son when booking and they didn’t bring us one. I had to repeatedly message staff asking for one and they never bothered to bring me one or tell me one was unavailable. Had I known I would have rented one from a place across town but it was too late notice. Could have used more essential items for cooking such as, more than two forks, olive oil or something for cooking.

It was maybe a bit too basic but ok for our 2-days stay

The apartment was comfortable and well equipped with the necessary to cook if you want to take a break from restaurants and eat at home. The area is residential and very quiet with some nice restaurants at walking distance. A nice playground for kids is right in front of the building.

Cleanliness, available kitchenware was insufficient for cooking properly. Air conditioning difficult to set the right temperature.

Washing machine wouldn't spin and dryer wouldn't dry. We were told we would get a partial refund but didn't receive it. Also there was not much furniture and 2 of the chairs were wobbly.

We had requested parking but we’re never given the key to the garage; however, we did find parking nearby. Hand soap was not provided for the restrooms or kitchen.

No garbage instruction and only two garbage bags left, which is not enough for us to stay for 6nights with a family. No plug in the tub when we were trying to give the kids bath. One of the toilet sits was loosing. There was a broken glass piece and a piece of grape on the balcony. There was a broken ice pack in the ice maker. No papertowels, dish soap and just some essential items missing.

Excellent location. Very clean and a lot space for our family to stay comfortablely. A lot of things to do nearby, shopping, beach and kids activities. It's a very safe neighborhood.

Not including the bed cover and towels, After claim from 1 day, 2 and 3 day, they never complete to submit everything for everyone Really was a bad service and bad performance, after 3 messages!! I really didn’t like it at all
