Probably a better explanation of packages, and info that if you are staying at hotel, package are cheaper

The pool bar drinks were terrible won’t recommend, I wish the pillows were a bit softer and when we were playing outdoors games we saw huge 2 big roaches by the plants and bench. We immediately went inside as for the other lady with her child. Not a bug fan.

I love that the attractions are right next to the hotel. The staff were really great! Staff in the front were really nice as for the ones in the cafe. We were eating breakfast and Jessy was really nice/helpful. Also the man in the shuttle was kind and greeted us . The experience was awesome! Definitely would come back again.

Our AC didn’t really work so our stay was a bit humid and hot

The bathroom was not as clean as I would have liked. I had to wipe hairs out of the tub and off of the floor.

The hotel was in a great location and had a lot of amenities. The room was very nice with a comfortable bed. We enjoyed our stay.

The bed linen has old blood, contaminated swimming pool (my small child had diarrhea right after swimming), no camera in hallway, any people can access the elevators.

The tub was disgusting,The paint was peeling out of the tub around the size of the tub was black with the mold,the carpet was dirty,its smells old and it wasn’t worth the money spent at all….i have pictures of it as well..

The hotel smell like water damage , the system went down we were locked out the room I paid for two rooms island view it was a parking lot view the hotel representative was very nasty as if your black this is what we have this is all we have for you

It's q cashless hotel

It's a cashless hotel ,makes its difficult to tip valet folks,or buy coffee at Starbucks.. I still carry cash, and it's not cause I do have a credit card

I don’t really like the design of the restrooms. I also wish they had an indoor hot tub and an adult only area.

If not careful you could use the two bottles of electrolyte water placed in the room and find out later they are $6 each. It did say $6 on the cap, but some might not notice. Restaurants are quite expensive , makes it more desirable to go and eat out . Having to pay for the attractions on top of the hotel charges. At keast one attraction shoul be included in te price in my opinion

Very comfortable bed, easy to control room temperatures. Well appointed bathroom. Not a lot of noise noticeable from adjoining rooms or corridor. Elevators all in working order. A lot of attractions are onsite.

The price of everything. The room is high the food is high.

The facility is a semi luxury hotel. The biggest plus for us is the smell I know that’s odd but it was nice. We have been going to Galveston 2-3 times a year for a decade or more. Every hotel we have ever stayed at smells of old smoke and salt water. Not a good thing. This hotel was completely different.

The outdoor pool was colder than I would have liked.

The room was clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Outdoor pool, indoor pool and hot tub. Lots of games to play on terrace. Lovely grounds.
