NO HOT WATER TO TAKE A SHOWER. Even if there would have been hot water, the Body Wash bottle was not filled. Upon leaving, the Front Desk Clerk (when told there was no hot water to shower simply said, "Sorry about that.".

Breakfast looked okay but was not included in the price. I will NEVER book through a 3rd party service again because they refuse to provide Marriott points for the stay so it taught me a lesson.

We were given a room with a toilet that would not flush then we were given a room with so much traffic (freeway) noise that we could not sleep.

The staff really tried hard to accommodate us, even with bad circumstances. Once we were in a room, the rooms are nice

My room was clean, but had a heavy perfume-like smell that was quite unpleasant. The hotel is pet friendly, however, there wasn't a designated doggy area or outdoor waste can for pet waste. The hotel charged an extra $40 per night for my dog which I thought had been included in my bookings.com price since I had indicated that I was traveling with a pet.

It was a good central location, but heavy traffic on weekday mornings. It was difficult to get out of parking lot and took 20 minutes to get on the freeway which was a 3 minute walk away. Unfortunately the restaurant was still closed due to covid restrictions. I had planned on breakfasts there. The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful.

There was no hot water only warm. I advised front desk about it and when I came back (late) same. I had to take cold showers. Pillows are horrible.

-Poor shower head & water pressure. Never felt like I got clean. -Most of Housekeeping staff didn’t wear masks while cleaning rooms or while in hallways.

The bed was good. The room had a refrigerator. Free self parking with Security patrol at night. Staff were all very nice.

Walls were very thin and the fights and sex the neighbors were having were heard through the walls and also down the halls. Also our children were shushed any time they made a sound. But drunk people through the hotel were not approached at all. So ridiculous. Maid service was also not available even though I was there for 3 nights. So I had to use the same towels, and when I asked for pool towels, they told me to use my room towel.

There was dirt on the bathroom floor when I arrived. The bed has wrinkles on it as if someone had been laying on it. The next morning the toilet over flowed and nobody came up to fix it so I checked out early. No trash bags in the trash cans.

Location was great. Near freeway. AppleBee's in the parking lot. Local Japanese cuisine small restaurant across the street, as well as a Japanese grocery store. Neat place to stroll. Property was clean, quiet, and bed was comfortable.

The entire room smelled like smoke. The smoke smell was deep in the mattress. We weren’t given a duvet or anything, just two sheets and a thin blanket. We pulled out the bed from the couch and there were dark brown stains on the pull out mattress and rust along the metal parts. It was also weird that there was no overhead, ceiling light; When returning to the room after leaving for the day, we would have to turn on two floor lamps, the desk lamp, and the two lamps attached to the bed frame in order for the room to be lit, but it still wasn’t bright enough.

The location is perfect. It’s right in the mix for pretty much anything retail or food-related that you can think of. My favorite part was that it was directly across the street from Mitsuwa and a lot of Asian food places. The bathroom was also very pretty. The pool was heated and pretty at night when they turned the colorful lights on. Front desk staff was attentive and friendly.

It was really nice and clean. Great price and a great stay. Pool and bar being open was nice, also a gas station and a Applebees in the same lot. Such an easy drive to the Sharks game and Top Golf!

I didn't care for our location which was across the housekeeping room and our window was facing a parking lot on the first floor. The fire pit was closed, the room temperature was stuffy and was fixed at a certain temperature and was not adjustable. The refrigerator was not cool enough and there was no temperature dial and no microwave. Other than these concerns the room was satisfactory. 😄

The room was nice enough and clean. I loved the location right across the street from the Japanese market and restaurants.
