We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesBecause the hotel is under new ownership, the property is in transition. Some aspects of my stay could have used improvement, for example, the cleanliness of the room, needing daily maid service, updating some of the fixtures, and improving the quality of the towels.
The motel is close to downtown Morgan Hill and was quiet and felt safe throughout my stay. The owner, Mr. Patel, also was friendly and seemed to care about the well-being of his guests. The motel is a work in progress, but Mr. Patel is seeking to improve it and is taking the initiative.

United StatesParking a bit small, cleaning could have been done a bit better (found a few hair on some places). The entrance of the motel with the owners shoes on the floor could be avoided and make it look more professional. Overall it was okay. I feel like it could be a way better motel if they could paint again the walls and doors, change the curtains of the shower as much as simple bed sheets then cleaning the outside of it. It would be a really perfect motel.
Everything was relatively clean and comfortable. Well located, close enough to the highway and giving an easy access to stores and restaurants around.

United StatesThe sheets were washed but stained. The towels seemed old and worn and a bit small. There’s not a lot of available parking but there is street parking available nearby.
The property was clean and well cared for. The staff was friendly but a little hard to understand due to a language barrier. The room was clean and had everything I needed for an overnight stay. Overall, this motel is decent if you’re looking for an affordable place to stay and you don’t need a lot of amenities. I would stay here again.

United StatesThe room smelled like old smoke. One room had cigarette burns on the small bedside cabinet. I have been in 2 different rooms and the smell was the same. It was merely tolerable for me, but would have been unaccepible to my souse and a friend with a reactive asthma.
