Beautiful property. Superbly appointed rooms. A very boutique, classy hotel feel. Great staff who are ready to help with everything. I’ll be returning!

1. The staff was very friendly! 2. The location is amazing very close to the city and a nice area to walk. 3. The building has such a rich history but at the same time very modern and up to date. 4. The hotel offers free coffee in the morning nice and easy if you are in a rush. 5. Parking is available at the location, but also open parking nearby is very affordable. 6. The design of the rooms is beautiful and the food at the restaurant was amazing!

There is limited choices of breakfast. The vibes of the hotel is old. The pillows are a bit lumpy.

Beautiful room. Beautiful decor and an unexpected upgrade to a king room...we are two very muscular guys who struggle to sleep on a queen bed.

at the check in they were not able to find immediately my reservation and they conveyed us to the convention center (in teh booking reservation it is written convention center area that does not have anything related to the hotel)

I really like the location even if going to national mall needs a little bit of time. The building is very cool and elegant as well as the room.

I didn’t care for the Constant frowns from the Kitchen/Dinning Staff as My Lady and I made our way to the 2Floor level Elevators…the 2 Ladies that prompted this feeling made me feel unwelcome and actually Hated. But we made the Best out of it by eating elsewhere and attempting to avoid trying to Greet those particular Ladies as we ascended to our 5th Floor Comfy Suite.

I really enjoyed the Doormen and their Honest and Constant attempts to Wholeheartedly understand my Southern English!

Location was perfect, very quiet of a night time and within walking distance of a major subway station. The rooms were very clean and that bathroom was very impressive. The lobby was beautifully decorated and the ability to have a drink and a bite to eat at the end of a day of sightseeing was fantastic. The staff were so professional. The bell hope opened the doors with a double door entry into the lobby was so lovely. The bell hop also took.my bags down the lift to the taxi was helpful. Cannot fault this place at all. Location to shopping and cvs pharmacy great. Starbucks and White House within walking distance.

The gym is very subpar with room for only 1-2 people at one time. It wasn’t a priority for me so not an issue. It did have the usual equipment and plenty of bottled water.

The property was exceptionally clean and always being cleaned, which I love. The hotel has a lovely garden terrace and free coffee to start your day The staff were friendly and helpful The porters were very attentive and welcoming The interior lobby is lovely A very nice boutique hotel

Room was on the small side. Bathroom needs a bit of updating and some repair. Parking charges were insane.

Location was pretty decent. About half hour walk from a lot of the historical sights. Staff were very welcoming and hotel restaurant food was pretty good. Rooms were very quiet except for doors closing from other rooms nearby.

Amazing location and hotel. Initial room was large and had great facilities, but as it was next to the road junction, it did get a bit loud. However, the staff was incredible, and after speaking to them, they arranged for me to be moved to another room that was quieter.

The location was convenient to the activities that brought me to the District. The associates were phenomenal (professional in appearance & demeanor & seemed to take pride in their work). I will make a point of staying here for my return trips to the District.

My room had both too much light and too little - I had a corner room, which was nice, except that the windows along one wall had minimal coverage, so there was no way to block out the light in the morning. It was odd that some of the windows had blackout curtains and some had only very flimsy shades. And on the other hand, there were not enough lights in the room, and they were sort of lopsided, so that at night it was too dark. The side with the entryway light and bedside lamp were OK, but the other side of the room had sort of no light at all. It needed more overhead lights or lamps.

The room and bed were comfortable, and I really liked being in a smaller, quiet hotel that was still in a great location. I didn't have a chance to hang out at the bar downstairs but it looked warm and inviting, as did the outdoor space.
