Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesParking is indeed small, so we were lucky to get a spot at a closer half of the lot. Noticed some visible dust in the creases of the back panel of the towel rack. Those need to be cleaned better. The way toilet paper roll is accessed is not very convenient; the rolll easily took the rollbar off and fell. No hairdryer. The most vexing was the shower head. The water sprays around you, but not at you, and the stream is not adjustable. No breakfast; but it was expected.
The location is ok, not noisy. The room is decent, no smells, looks clean. Has a fridge and a microwve. The price was good too.

United StatesYou had to go to the front desk to ask for a lot of amenities, like shampoo and conditioner or an iron. The wall sockets also didn't work great and it was difficult to charge our electronics. The beds are very firm, and that doesn't work for everyone. There is also a $150 deposit you're charged that they refund if there's no damage but that needs to be accounted for in your trip budget.
The staff was excellent. Very helpful and friendly. It was also very clean. It was a non smoking facility which I appreciate as a non smoker. There is a delivery service for food that looked really good but we didn't end up using it. One great thing was we never heard the other people staying there. The walls weren't paper thin like most hotels.
