Room was set up off with no closet, just a tight spot behind tv. No place to put luggage. Noisy mini fridge (we unplugged to sleep. Good or bad, the many warnings about cannabis use.

It was in a quiet area. Front dest staff was very professional and even had company history to share.

No luggage holder. I am handicapped and can’t bend down. I needed something to hold my suitcase so I can reach the clothes. Also, I missed a hair dryer.

Parking is indeed small, so we were lucky to get a spot at a closer half of the lot. Noticed some visible dust in the creases of the back panel of the towel rack. Those need to be cleaned better. The way toilet paper roll is accessed is not very convenient; the rolll easily took the rollbar off and fell. No hairdryer. The most vexing was the shower head. The water sprays around you, but not at you, and the stream is not adjustable. No breakfast; but it was expected.

The location is ok, not noisy. The room is decent, no smells, looks clean. Has a fridge and a microwve. The price was good too.

Price and no breakfast. Partially my fault I booked at the last minute. Price was better if I would have booked earlier.

Staff very friendly and helpful. They located restaurant I wanted to go to and printed directions on how to get there.

Value....We received NO housekeeping ..no towels, emptied trash can, or straightening up of room. I'm sure no housekeeper entered our room, even though we we gone from 10am to 10pm on Saturday. Really disappointed.

Only thing I can complain about was no hair dryer, and no shampoo samples. It was an overnight stay and was counting on them.

I’ve never encountered a more dog friendly hotel. In the lobby there were dog treats and towels for drying off damp doggos. There was a dog “relief area” that has the snow removed so pups had grass. I was impressed

The room is quite small, and the bed was just ok. Management had a lot of signage up to remind people of the rules (I think this is more a reflection of people not paying attention than the hotel).

Staff very friendly. Convenient location. Affordable rate. Room was clean. Bathroom was modern, and I was able to take a hot shower with plenty of water pressure. None of the "issues" you might expect with a value rate place.

Bathroom needs to be upgraded. There was no hairdryer or toiletries. Ice only available at first floor lobby. The $50,00 deposit is bad. If I have to take their word that they will credit my account, they should take my word that we didn't do anything to the room.

Desk people were very nice. The room was bright and well laid out. We didn't have coffee and I didn't see any breakfast.

I wish they had more some amenities. Like maybe a swimming pool, breakfast or even some shampoo or lotion. The beds weren't as comfortable.

You had to go to the front desk to ask for a lot of amenities, like shampoo and conditioner or an iron. The wall sockets also didn't work great and it was difficult to charge our electronics. The beds are very firm, and that doesn't work for everyone. There is also a $150 deposit you're charged that they refund if there's no damage but that needs to be accounted for in your trip budget.

The staff was excellent. Very helpful and friendly. It was also very clean. It was a non smoking facility which I appreciate as a non smoker. There is a delivery service for food that looked really good but we didn't end up using it. One great thing was we never heard the other people staying there. The walls weren't paper thin like most hotels.
