I liked the fact that when I booked the hotel that it had free parking but when I checked in, I was informed that they had changed their parking policy and that I would have to pay $28 +tax per night which tacked in another $100 plus dollars that I wasn’t expecting to pay. I have a screenshot of the description showing free parking from the day I booked it, showed it to the employee and all she said was oh I guess it needs to be updated on the website. No offer to refund or reduce the amount.

Too much disposable one use materials including individually wrapping each plastic cup provided in the room in its own plastic bag….not witness too many signs of environmental friendliness.

Easy walk to Disneyland, clean, comfortable, what was expected and no more. Everything was fine. No complaints.

I didn't like the extra parking fees. When I booked the hotel, it was $249, but upon arrival and check-in, my total was $314.

I liked the location. Close to Disneyland. Off the freeway. The area was quiet.

Good location for Disneyland just a little too far when seeing the rest of LA. The staff were so friendly and helpful when needed. Can watch the fireworks from Disneyland without going there in the evening

They checked me in under the wrong confirmation and employee called me and needed me to go back and check in. When she called me, she called me by the wrong name because it was a different party. I was so confused. So I don’t even know if I was charged correctly.

Cleaning people are not cleaning correctly. I used my cleaning wipes on every surface that I cleaned, and my wipe was dirty. The sink counter was the worst. You can see the dirt. Clearly, they just did the bed, but Was bedding changed, probably not. The floor was dirty. Small female hair strands on the floor. Was not mine because we just got there, and I saw 3 pieces or hair throughout the room.

There is a parking fee now and it’s too expensive for Motel 6. Towels are really rough. If you stay in a room close to freeway you can hear it at night. Bathrooms are very old. There was an adjoining room next to us, we didn’t use it but the gap underneath was more than 1 inch. We had to stuff towels and blankets to cover the gap. No microwave in room.

The price per night. The location. Easy to find. Within walking distance to Disneyland. 20 minutes.

Housekeeping only came once during a 6 night stay and it was the 2nd night. Had to go to the front desk to get new towels, they wouldn't bring anything to the room.

Nick at the front desk was wonderful! Room is one of the best Motel 6 rooms I've stayed at. Whatever we mentioned something to the front desk, they would handle it ASAP.

Leaking toilet ran constantly..(waste of water and noise nuisance). Staff asked maintenance to fix, but it didn’t happen.

Within walking distance of Disneyland. Staff friendly. Pool was warm. Room was clean and felt spacious. Reasonable rate. Beds comfortable. Appreciated having a fridge in room, and microwave in lobby.

Mattress had a sunken body dent, charging for parking and destination fee now, our room had used shampoo and conditioner bottles, stuff left from previous guests in the mini fridge.
