The property is clearly past its prime. Poor location; difficult to get in and out from. The gas station and fast food restaurant that appear to be right next door have been closed for sometime. The room and property in general was dirty and in disrepair. No screen on the window. Basically, every tile on the bathroom floor was cracked. The water in the bathroom wasn't turned on and when they did turn it on, there was no cold water. We had to have the staff fix the TV. Couldn't reach the front desk for a wake-up call. There was no frig or micrwave in the room, as stated in the listing, which was the only reason I booked the room to begin with.

The staff did all they could to make up for the misleading information regarding the motel's ammenities. They accomodated a request for additional towels and blankets. They moved a refrigerator and microwave to the room to satisfy my needs.

Room stunk the whole time. The biggest thing is not having a fridge and microwave in our room. I had medication that needed to be refrigerated. When they advertised that they have them in every room. No where to put our toiletries in the bathroom. They gave us one bath towel thank goodness we bring our own. Air conditioner knob was broken. Card key didn't work on the side door to get back in so we would have to walk all the way around to get back in. One of the staff at the desk had an attitude. Roaches running around the vending and ice machines. The lobby and so called coffee machine area had no furniture or anything. Looks like business was moving or closing down. They didn't mention that we had to request to have our room cleaned. Lots of False Advertising.

I had no shower curtain and the nighttime boy was extremely rude. When I came down and told him I did not have a shower curtain, he asked me when I checked in. I told him an hour ago and he said, you were just now telling me. I asked him if he had one I said no after him offering let me leave which I did not want to do at 10 minutes till 12. It was a time when I would’ve made sure he was doing another job soon

I didn’t like how dirty it was, the walls are never wiped down, the counters are greasy and stained, the floors don’t look like they are ever swept or mopped, the tvs their never work or the remote is usually missing, the ac doesn’t work as should, the sheets don’t look like they are ever changed, yes it’s a convenient place to stay and as I stated the no deposit helps out so much especially during struggling times but improvement is needed customer service is needed.

Not a thing! I usually would recommend a place if it rated an 8-10. But not Motel 6. Our stay was awful. Didn’t get into a room until after 5 pm checked in at 3 pm. No one knew what their roll was in greeting the customers. Will never stay at Bernalillo’s Motel 6 much less any other in the United States.

Dilapidated facility, no dog run or walking area, no breakfast, no morning coffee, no internet. Had to go online on my phone and "reserve" a room, so I could pay online. No services available at front desk.

i don’t like the unmaintained building. The smell is really bad. The elevator smells like a public restroom.

The place smells smoke all over. The neighbors are very noisy and you can heard even the conversation from the other room. Our first night was uncomfortable because there are teens on the other side of the other and they were laughing and fighting.

no microwave, no refrigerator. I stood here last year, and I had both. Tile in the bathroom was broken, and tub was stoned with some type of yellow color. We stood there for 5 days, and not once did they come and clean our room, we had to ask to change the sheets and give us new towels. This will be the last time we stay there.
