The bed was too soft. We asked for towels, we were told that housekeeping was at 9:30, so we went about our day expecting to see towels when we returned in the afternoon. There was none. A breakfast would be nice. Also, I was pretty sure I booked a two-bed room, and there was only a king-size bed. After driving a long ways, I didn't feel like arguing. We also had to wait for a front desk person when we got there, even after ringing the bell several times. The tiny fridge kept nothing cool. The elevator sounded and felt like it was about to break.

I’m a repeat customer for this hotel. The air conditioner did not regulate the temperature properly. The room was either hot or freezing during the night. The staff did not properly outfit the bathroom with enough towels for two people.

The night staff was extremely rude. the man checking us out in the am was pleasant but the lady at night was just not. I booked a king and at first she didn’t have one and I was like it’s ok what ever you have and she seemed annoyed that I would just take anything. and the coke machine didn’t take debit cards and they didn’t have change.

The front desk clerk was super helpful when our reservation didn't show up he still managed to get us in. The Room was sufficient.

Owner's wife has a power trip and is the rudest person I have ever had the privilege of giving my money to. She thinks she can make up policies to fit her own wishes and acts like everyone should just bow down to her every whim. She made us move our car from 2 different parking spots claiming they were their "private parking". They were near the back door to the hotel, un marked, and I am disabled. She also ignored our 1st floor request and put us on the top floor. I am disabled. She then proceeded to watch us carry up 8 bags of groceries and had our key card cut off so we had to go all the way back down to get them reprogrammed. House keeping picked up our dirty towels from the nasty floor and hung them over the shower rail. They were not even supposed to be in the room. We told them no service. We had planned on getting fresh towels when we returned. When you rent a room out, you do not have permission to just enter it at will.

Walked into a filthy room that had been noted as clean and definitely was not. Beds striped. I don't even understand where all the dirt on the floor came from. Trash piled in the corner. We were immediately moved to another room. Our room and daughters had been on 2nd floor. We were moved to 1st floor and told there was no free rooms to also move her. She arrived very late in the evening. Put her 1 mo old daughter on the bed in her car seat still and a roach ran across the bed. So she was also moved....right next door to us on the 1st floor. Mismatched bedding. Doesn't affect sleep obviously but gives negative impression. Cheap ball-y sheets.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room had not been cleaned but we were immediately moved and walked to our new room to ensure it had been cleaned. It was better than the Baymont we had stayed the previous weekend.

The property sits right off the highway. It sounded like the window was open the whole night long. The noise from the roadway is almost a deal-breaker with this property. Thankfully I found a movie on tv that helped me shift my focus from the trucks on the highway driving past the property so that I could sleep. I couldn't hear anything from the hallway inside the Motel. I didn't hear a peep from other travelers above or below my room. But the Road Noise was just awful! It made me feel very unsafe- even though the doors below seemed new, sturdy & in perfect working order to actually keep me safe. The outside walls are thin? Poor insulation? Needs thicker glass in the windows? I have no idea.

I didn't see any breakfast offered. The place was new & clean. I believe I did get some kind of upgrade but I have no idea what it was. The room had one Queen Bed.

The heater did not work, the sink did not drain in the bathroom, the little refrigerator did not work, and the wall by the bathroom had something all over it. Was unable to get another room and maintenance was unavailable to fix the things that needed fixed.
