Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Glad it had good lighting in the parking area. No breakfast. For what I paid it was as expected.

United StatesIt’s was disgusting! Wasn’t clean at all! Walked in the room had roaches and bugs on the bed and the floor. Wasn’t comfortable at all. Had to give us shampoo and body wash from the other hotel!! This is not the place to go if you looking to get away from the weekend especially with kids!!

United StatesThis motel is gross, it has roaches. We had to plunge our toilet ourselves and it kept overflowing even though we put no paper in there. We had to buy sheets and change them ourselves after taking them to the second floor and washing them at our own expense. We purchased our own towels also. We swept and mopped our own floors and took our trash down to the big dumpster. This is not what a vacation should be like.
First the staff was very nice, the maids were nice when you could find one. The location was good.

United StatesEspecially liked the staff very friendly and made me and my husband feel like family the other hotels were snooty we just got off work and in our work clothes the other hotels I guess they don't know what work is just sit behind the desk and watch TV with there nose up in the air thank your staff for being friendly and understand the working people in the world they were no behind the desk watching TV always doing something and making us and the other guest feel comfortable will be staying again I live in eufaula ok go to the doctors and visit friends in tulsa all the time see you all soon

United StatesWhen I was about to take a shower. I found hair in the tub and towels. So I went to use the phone to call the office. The phone didn't work. I had to use my cellphone. I got fresh towels. When I got ready for bed. I found out the bed got bedbugs. I got up got dressed went to front desk. Told manager I want to check out and I want a refund. I told her about the bedbugs. I very disappointed.

United StatesThey allowed dogs in room, next door dog barked. so we changed rooms and there was domestic abuse two doors down and they asked them to resolve it and then finally police showed up about an hour later. I was so scared I didn’t want to get involved but the wife was beat and she ran up and down the hall screaming. The staff was yelling get out of my hotel and people staying kept opening and shutting doors

United StatesAll staff was wonderful except for the manager (JC) whom has been known to raise rates without notice and then of course the condescending nature of her conversation with most guests was concerning.
All clerks were awesome and very respectful, often times apologizing to guests for manager's poor attitude.
