First night the bathroom flooded and it was mid morning before they sent someone to fix it. They it happened later that day and we had to change rooms. Also every time I came back to the room, the key would not work and I had to go get a new one. An unpleasant stay but it will not stop us from staying at motel 6’s.

The loud people talking and walking by

The young man at the front desk was very helpful and friendly 😁 I had a very positive experience with him throughout my stay the room was a bit on the dirty side but over good the first night was quite second night we had loud people next to us that partied all night which kept us up overall it was an ok stay

There was a dirty crusty sock that came out of I between bed and box spring. There was also some wrappers on side of bed by the wall.

Slight issues in room but nothing big: shower curtain needed to be rehooked, mirror was messed up. Kind of loud at times from neighbors but didn’t last. So, like I said, no biggie

The shower head was broken and hanging, when we arrived we did not have a room reserved, despite me having reserved online three days prior and calling the day before we arrived to confirm. Thankfully a room became available after housekeeping was done.

The hotel was quiet and we were able to get sleep.

Two beds in this room left little floor space and one bed had to be right next to the air conditioner. This blocked the flow of air a bit and made it a bit chilly for someone using that bed.

Our stay was last minute and the staff was helpful and welcoming. Our room very very clean. The air conditioner worked well, it wasn't loud, and gave just enough white noise to cover any noise, although the only noise was a couple of workers chatting in the parking lot.. I don't think that's an every day problem. The bed was comfortably firm, as I like it. This is an economy room and the basics were well provided. We've had to find last minute economy rooms 6 times. This was probably the smallest, but also the cleanest and a simple breakfast was provided.

My room was an adjoining room, I could hear the T.V in the next room and the people. They were Saturday night partiers and came home around 2 pm. The proceeded to talk and laugh and I believe fell asleep or passed out with the T.V. on. Thanks so much!

I was able to receive a room on the first floor which I ask for because of my dog. I most likely will go for a 2nd floor next time because of those late-night party people outside my door.

I wanted an extra pillow, and they didn't have any. I ended up rolling up a couple of towels to approximate an extra pillow. Mostly the noise was fine (it is near a freeway, but my room was on the backside so that was mitigated), but one night there was a loud gathering of, I guess other patrons, and they didn't break up when I stuck my head out at midnight and told them I was trying to sleep. I guess that's not the motel's fault. There was also another night when there were dogs barking all night. I don't know for sure if they were in the motel, but I did see that dogs are allowed, and dogs were around, so perhaps one dog was particularly bad. That only happened one of the six nights.

There wasn't any shampoo for the shower; that's the first time I've ever had that happen at any hotel/motel. And there wasn't a trash can in the room. We disposed of our trash in the waste can in the outside hallway. The fan from the air conditioner blew on me uncomfortably all night. I spilled some water, and used a towel to wipe it up. The towel came back black with dirt from the floor. The floor LOOKED clean, but the dirty towel belied the actual cleanliness. It was a no-smoking room, but there was a very faint smell of previous cigarettes. I understand that if one former patron abuses the rules that it can be hard-to-impossible to remedy the smell so I don't hold the establishment totally responsible, and truthfully it was very faint. But, that said, it was there, and it was sold to us as a no-smoking room.

Easy access off/on the CA-99 freeway. Very accommodating desk personnel. (1) I needed directions to the Chico Theater Company to see a play, and the desk person cheerfully printed me a map and directions. (2) The next morning, a different deskperson gave us a great recommendation for breakfast, the nearby Farmers Skillet. The bed was very comfortable.

very noisy, if you can’t sleep with traffic noise don’t choose this site. it is at the crossing of a freeway and a main arterial road so constant traffic noise.
