United StatesBed was comfortable and staff was really nice. They took over ownership last month so they are dealing with pest control. There are people who live there that are creating the pest control issue while doing drugs.

United StatesThis property doesn't have a pool. The property was very warm, Hot. Due to the Heater being ran in the building, making it harder to cool my room. The awful odor of smoke is strong through out the building.

United StatesThe bathroom door was falling off hinges, tv didn't want to work most of the time. Check in staff was lovely, she even came up personally and tried to fix my tv, check out staff was not great. She was more interested in talking on her cell phone than helping customers.

United StatesOnce you got past the lobby the place just didn't feel clean. The hallways weren't vacuumed, the halls were dim. No rail going up the 2nd part of the stairs almost fell down. The room was not clean, trash in the trash can, beds not neatly made. Floor wasnt vacumed. Bathroom wasnt even clean hair in the tub and on the toilet. I went to Walmart and got disinfectant to clean the shower, toilet and sink. No towels or wash cloths and no toilet paper, used my own towels and toilet paper.

United StatesThere is a $75 deposit that is not made clear with the booking.com listing. I paid a week in advance from booking.com so I was under the impression there would be no charges when I checked in. I also have a $20 charge from the facility for unknown reasons that were not made clear to me. The $75 deposit was refunded once I checked out - however the $20 charge is still on my card.

United StatesPaper thin walls, people above me where what sounded moving furniture at 11:30 I finally went to the front desk again and told the night person that I would like to get some sleep and to please find a way for the noise to stop, maybe got an hour sleep and the noise started again around 3:30 . And heard a train whistle about 4 times through the night. If you want sleep don’t go here , old and run down, I think maybe people living in the rooms like a monthly rental. Really people tidy your hotel up.it’s nasty

United StatesAnd to our surprise with how desperate the staff was to do room service: nothing. Bed was dirty, trash was not taken out (BTW we had to ask for trash cans when we got there), no clean towels, no soap. Nothing. I then go to the front desk, and I asked the poor young woman working all day at the desk if we could have some towels, and that the man who we saw earlier was very rude. She apologized, and said she’d have some towels brought to our room. 15-20 minutes later, who should show up but the same jerk with two towels in his hand with a stupid grin on his face. I asked him why he felt the need to try and rush us out if he had no intention on doing his job. I was very frustrated and I did raise my voice. He then raised his voice at me. As someone who has worked as a customer service representative for most of my life, you do. Not. EVER. React like that to a guest. Especially if you are going to not do your job, rush the guest, and act condescending. I told him to “get the f*** out” and that was the end of it aside from some stares from him and his wife the next day. And embarrassing moment for this motel that I’m sure is not uncommon. Will not ever return and will steer anybody away that I love and care about.
The young woman at the front desk was kind and helpful. And there was a McDonald’s next door. The rest of it was embarrassing. Smelled of bug spray, construction, room fridge was sticky, ac vents point straight up to the curtains and apparently my girlfriend found a roach or a bug of sorts in the bathroom. And then, the part of my three day vacation that I will remember more than Rocklahoma: The older man who does room service was the rudest person I have ever met in a customer service setting. He attempted to kick us out of our room at 10:30 in the morning after a very long night at rocklahoma so he could do room service. Condescendingly telling us how late it was for him. I told him we’d be about an hour and a half - 2 hours until we were ready, possibly more. I told him I would let them know when we are ready. He said “no, we cannot wait that long. Maybe you should go ahead and wait out in the lobby so we can do this.” During all of this, he has his hand pressed on the door trying to keep it open. I told him since I am paying $333 for 2 nights at a motel that smells of construction and bug spray that I don’t feel the need to be in a rush for him. He then came back at 12:00 pm to bother us again, and my girlfriend told him we needed 5 minutes, while again trying to keep the door open with his hand and attempting to be pushy. Thankfully, my girlfriend is not as patient as me and shut the door on his face after about 5-10 seconds. We proceed to be with friends and family for the rest of the day until we arrive back to the motel around 11:30 pm.

Get into are room not even 30 minutes later get a knock so called repair guy says we heard your AC not working very good and toilet is leaking. Will we said nothing so it had to be the people that stayed before us. So we have to leave an don't want a stranger in our room but need it fix. Get back late that night nothing was fix. Then in the morning shower doesn't work. Didn't say anything till check out because didn't want anyone in our room again when we are not there plus repair guy doesn't repair anything. Place is old which I get but fix somethings or don't put your guest in a room like that. Will never go there again!!!

United StatesI was not able to stay at this property due to the fact that it smelled like marijuana. Throughout the entire property from the lobby to the room to the hallways. I'm allergic to cannabis I can barely breathed when I walked up to the 2nd floor room (having requested 1st floor due to recent surgery) the smell permeated the premisis I went back downstairs and told the front desk clerk that I could not stay there. Due to the fact that I was allergic to marijuana, She basically hold her eyes and said I'll give you a refund. Well the refund that she stated that she gave me, And what I paid on booking dot com or two different amounts. I have not yet seen a refund from motel 6 And I will take that up with them.
