It took over 1/2 hr to check in. The desk clerk appeared to be either in pain, sick, or both. She had trouble checking us in as well as the gentleman before us. The shower curtain was broken and falling off the wall. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling and floor. The outlet in the bathroom didn’t work. The breakfast was skimpy. I saw a worker with a banana and when asked about it, they were hidden in the back. There were bugs in the plastic spoon bin and no knives. There was only 1 yogurt in the fridge.

The bed and pillows were comfortable. The location was good.

Good location. Thank you for the jacuzzi tub. It was awesome after 2 days if travel and one full day in St Louis and back. A 5 hour drive turned into 13 hours and I was so excited to see the tub and soak!

The only thing that I didnt like was a couple small things in the bathroom. The bathtub took forever to drain. Also, 4 of us were in the room and only 2 towels were provided. One of the towels weren't clean when I opened it up to use it.

The location was great! A little Walmart right across the road and many restaurants nearby. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was also very quiet, got plenty of sleep.

room was filthy. I called the day before arriving and requested a ground floor (due to mobility issues) non smoking (due to allergies) room. I was told that was no problem and it'd be reserved for me. I get there and I got a room on top floor and very end of hall. It was a smoking room. I was told that's all there was even though housekeeping the next morning said there was plenty of down stairs non smoking rooms. Neighbor had a dog barking all night and he and his girlfriend were cussing and screaming for hours. the man on duty did nothing until a neighbor called the police. My cable tv didn't work and light was burnt out. The same man told me he was too busy to fix either issue. I was there 3 days with no tv or lamp. and am now very ill due to smoke in the room and hallway. I will make sure and let all my family that is in that are know about the horrible service and we will not stay there again.

Unfriendly staff, not engaged at all into their customers. The carpets were filthy, not vacuumed for days. The Emergency door in to the building was getting propped open. They had a pool party a few hours before we arrived that day. The pool was left filthy, Pizza boxes everywhere, all pool towels were wet and thrown throughout the room - nasty!!! The pool was the reason we had chosen this facility. Breakfast was almost non existing. The coffee was luck warm at best. Breakfast room was very uninviting.

There wasn't a thing to like on this property. I couldn't wait to leave in the morning - just nasty!!

Door didn't lock. Trash in both trash cans upon arrival. Bathroom not cleaned. Two towels provided by request. Had to have tv repaired. Remote had to be programmed which was time consuming. Stair haven't been vacuumed in weeks!

The pool. Friendliness of staff. Snacks for guest. Use of dining area for my family. Easy parking. Good location.

Carpets were damp, sheets didn't fit the bed, outdoor security (use room key to get in late at night) was not working. Breakfast was very limited.

Rooms were not clean asked to have our three rooms close and possibly adjoining they did not even try at first sent one of us upstairs other two down. First room had not been cleaned at all. They moved us to room right next to our friends not sure why they did not put us there to start off. Bedding towels etc were stained. All three rooms had funky smell upon arrival. Fire alarm went off randomly at 6:30 am false alarm.

Breakfast. What breakfast nothing was out at 8am but cereal and a jug of milk. Also felt that the pool area was guarded well other patrons not respecting no pets sign in the pool area

Our room smelled strongly of cat urine, the bedspreads and blankets were covered in urine and when we had the clerk come down to check it out, he handed us clean sheets. Didn’t offer to change the bedding or remove the urine covered blankets. So after we made the beds ourselves, we had to carry all the dirty urine covered linens to the front desk and the request clean blankets. We were then given clean blankets with several burn holes in each one. There was also feces smeared on the wall in the bathroom. To rid the smell of cat urine, they placed a machine in the room that apparently pulls oxygen out of the air because my son woke up at 3 am gasping for breath. That is when we discovered the machine is supposed to be plugged in for only 30 minutes in an unoccupied room. We were not given any discount and were charged full price.

The breakfast wasn’t consumed. We had a party of 9, they had fruit loops, 1/2 gallon of milk, 3 bagels and 1 banana. We were told that due to covid they were unable to offer anything more, even though all buffet restaurants are open. Covid was no excuse. We had to go elsewhere and purchase breakfast.

Although the rug in room looked clean, it felt slightly sticky when walking barefoot.

Nice size room. Front desk helpful and friendly. Although I didn’t use it, the pool was a nice size, and opened for use.

Was supposed to be non smoking the rooms smelled horrible from smoking the floor was sticky carpets were dirty. The swimming pool the water was very cold my kids couldn't stay in it over 5 minutes.

I don’t think I saw any elevators… so I guess accessibility is only on level 1… (I used the stairs and I didn’t go around to look for an elevator, but I feel like I would’ve seen it if there was one)
