It smelled like it was cleaned with a sour mop. There was one washcloth. It's ridiculous knowing a couple is checking in. There were 5 cop cars there upon our arrival. No microwave.

The value. The beds were very comfortable.

the shower drain was clogged and was told we would have to wait for next day for them to tell maintenance yet they could have provided a plunger and it would have been fixed. there was no shampoo hand soap like they have provided in the past this was definitely not one of their better rooms I have stayed here many times over the years and this room had to been just tossed together and not properly cleaned if u clean a shower and or tub usually it be a smart idea to drain n the stagnant water that was left we wasn't asking for someone to come fix it we asked for a plunger so we could have done it ourselves a nice hot shower but unfortunately that couldn't happen they didn't have nothing to say but we will notify maintenance tomorrow could have least given us a room with same price with a working shower yet it didn't happen

No pillow cases and lack of towels/wash clothes. Dirty hallways and a load of soiled linens were in a heap near the manager's door from when we checked in at 3pm til we left at 9am the next morning.

The room was terribly dirty. The light outside our room did not work which set off a bad tone. Once we entered the room, it smelled like cigarette smoke, very clearly. The rooms around us and ours included, were non-smoking rooms so I don't know how this happened. The floor of the entire room was dirty and you could see the footprints of the people who stayed there before us. The bed was very uncomfortable and the rest of the facility was dirty. There were shady people in the shady area of the motel and people were smoking right in front of the entrance.

I survived the night. The young man at the front door the morning of the checkout was very kind, patient, and helpful. His name was Andrew. Probably the best employee in the entire franchise.

When I went to use the towel , it was dirty. When I went for new towels the person behind the desk seemed agitated that I wanted two new towels. At around 12:30 am the fire alarms went off. I was hoping to sleep because I had to leave at 7 am. , needless to say I was very tired the next day. All in all this was my worst stay ever and I stay in Tewksbury , Framingham and Danvers often. Next time I will stay somewhere else

The room wasn’t cleaned at all. There were dead bugs everywhere. I had cleaning wipes with me so I cleaned up the floor and it was gross. I am pretty sure nobody cleaned that floor in months. There was no remote for the TV. The place looked shady. But I guess I got what I paid for. Next time I will be spending extra for a better place to stay. This place needs a better hotel manager and staff. Someone who cares about cleaning and customer service.

Staff could have done better cleaning the room as we found needles under the bed. The people across the hall were almost constantly making noise we could hear from our room.

The size of the room was nice. Beds were pretty comfortable. The location was close to where we were looking to go everyday.

The toilet looked like.it had been used by a frat party and not flushed for 2 weeks. Non-smoking room had been smoked in and reeked. Used bar of soap in the bathroom and hallways were gross.

The night clerk did her best to make it right by moving us to another room. Appreciated the pet friendly hotel but will think twice before going to another Motel 6.

Sticky floors. Paid for a upgraded room, didn’t get it. Could not be bothered to complain. Make a fuss for a refrigerator? Just visit the one ice machine. Put the beers in the sink. Just get me a few hours sleep. And it cost as much within ten dollars of a nicer place. Lesson learned.
