Sound proofing is virtually non-existent, could hear people walking on hallway, room above and conversations in the room next door if above a whisper.

Good location, walk to Hollywood sites. Quick Uber ride to Universal Studios theme park. Good sized room, mine had two queen size beds. Good showers and many vending machines. Warning they only work with $1 notes. Use of central located microwave to heat snacks from the machines. Free coffee 6am to 10am. Wifi works. Staff were great. Didn't see the same person on the desk twice, but all were very friendly and helpful.

My friend and I stay her on our girl trips, but unfortunately even though we stay during weekdays, it's very noisy through the late hours. We experience this every booking. Doors opening and shutting constantly, people walking up and down the hallways while talking and laughing extremely loud, running in the hallways, dogs parking all night. It's always after 10pm and continues until 4am.

I like the location, the rate, the structure of the hotel being all in doors and the rooms are clean, but my favorite part is there are bathtubs.

No tea or coffee making facilities in room. Tea and coffee only available up until 10am in the lobby.

Access to coffee in common area was limited to 6-10am daily. Set up of the room meant if you were using the desk-only chair in the room - you had to move to allow access to half the room.

Location was great, Close to bus and train services. good proximity to convenience store. Microwave available for guest use in common area and room had a mini fridge

Nicely located near to main attractions in Hollywood. Everything is walking distance. Enjoyed our stay.

Elevator was pretty slow.

The property was clean, the parking was very good especially because it had 24hr security. The room to include the bathroom was clean. Bed was a little on the hard side but I still got good sleep. WiFi was adequate. The Ice machine and vending machines were in the main lobby but had a decent selection. The hotel was close to Hollywood Boulevard and the walk of fame, walking distance close. Universal Studios where I went was a short drive from there as were some good restaurants. I would stay again if traveling in the area.

It was noisy with Neighbors and also throughout the day and night the Staff was making noises.

Workers were not friendly. Front desk receptionist charged me twice because he was distracted when checking me in. Parking is horrible, you have to pay to park but parking sells out ASAP, it should be a given that each room should atleast get to buy one parking. The hotel is right off Hollywood blvd so you can hear the nosiness from outside and homeless are all over the street.

The room is great to just come spend the night and explore throughout the day. Check in was fast and room was modern and comfy.

Nothing, it was all good. Maybe some glassware in the rooms instead of plastic cups to be a little more environmental

Awesome location, off of Hollywood Blvd so not too loud on a quieter street but also close enough to the action. Rooms were actually nicer than they appeared in photos so I was pleasantly surprised. Overall a better stay than I was expecting
