The heat was not on when we arrived, the bed was hard and the hair dryer plug-in was broken so wasn’t useable.

For the money, this place has everything you need for a simple quite and clean stay when you have pets. We had no trouble at all, everything was clean and everything worked in our room.

Excellent location right off the Interstate, very clean and quite. If you want a simple clean place to stay and you have pets, this is the place to stay!!!!

Had a room with 2 queen beds. Both were very uncomfortable. Felt like you were falling out of bed no matter where you slept. The tub drained very slowly which was a pain when taking a shower. The Refrigerator leaked inside from the freezer. The remote kept falling apart and the batteries kept falling out.

The personnel was very friendly and helpful. Check in was easy.

Just that our towel holder wasn’t screwed to the wall and fell off when we tried to hang our towel on it. Other than that the room was perfect.

The bed was uncomfortable. The refrigerator was in the bathroom. No coffee pot. I booked a non-smoking room and ended up with a smoking room. The bathroom smelled like someone was smoking weed. I definitely will not be back.

No complementary shampoo, sheets weren't that clean, ac wasn't on for us when we got in so it was hot. Pillows were super small. No complimentary anything besides tiny bars of soap, wifi that wasn't great and good TV channels. The water pressure was ridiculous, and the towels barley could wrap around someone's body.

We booked this motel because of all the good reviews, and we were extremely disappointed. Yes, the room is newly appointed, but it had almost nothing in it -- a microwave but no cups/coffee or coffee maker, (and the lobby was closed so no coffee there either) soap but no shampoo, and worst was the A/C which was unbearably noisy. It was a warm day and we hoped the room would cool down at night but it remained hot and stuffy so we had a miserable night with a very noisy A/C.

The receptionist was extremely nice and helpful. That's about all the good I can say.

Bed was squeaky, dirty towel on back of bathroom door. Took a long time to get hot water. Sink filled up with water each use. Fridge and microwave need to be put in room, not in bathroom. Pillows on bed were too small.

Location, room was big, nice furniture, ample space for clothes. Right by the highway, couldn’t hear highway traffic, really liked that!

The reception was impersonal, you contacted the receptionist through a hatch. However hard I tried, I could not get any hot water.

The staff person that checked me in did not enter the info correctly into the computer so my reservation was cancelled the following morning and I was locked out of my room. The motel expected me to pay the reservation cost again even though the money had already been withdrawn from my account. I had to contact booking.com to handle the situation, but apparently that failed because I was locked out of my room again the second night. I will never stay at this motel again, and will not recommend it to others. I was disappointed that there was no compensation offered since this was an error by Motel 6.
