The first room I was given the toilet was stopped up. When I called the desk to report it, they told me to plunge the toilet to unstop it. After trying, which grossed me out, it would not unstop. I called the desk back and the gentleman came up to try and unstop it with no success. I was then moved to another room. That room when you sat on the toilet it moved forward with a loud noise each time. Being that I was so tired, I didn't bother to report it. At least it worked. The bedspreads had multiple stains, which was very concerning.

The location was perfect. There was plenty of parking. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The room was clean. The refrigerator was clean. The a/c was quiet and worked well.

Smoking room but reeked of smoke room needs air freshener . Only non smoking were not downstairs. Housekeeping can do a better job.

Seems to have been recently renovated so it was nice, but there were no towel racks. Not a huge deal, but seemed weird.

The write up on booking.com said there was a guest laundry facility, this is one of the reasons we chose the place but when we asked, the receptionist said they hadn't had that for ages? Information needs to be updated... No hair dryer in the room or toiletries like evey other place we have stayed and no coffee making facilities again

The position was great as was on the highway as we just needed an overnight stay, lots if choices of places to eat The room was clean.

Needs a renovation. The beds are made of metal, very noisy.

It's ok for a one night stay. Has 24 hour front desk. Private parking lot in the back. Clean sheets and towels. Big mirror above the sink

Only thing I would change are the doors. The door to get in the room was sketchy. Also, the bathroom doors need to open out into the room, not in to the bathroom b/c that leaves you no choice but to be all on the toilet trying to get in & out.

I've stayed here once before and had a better experience, this time they put me in the back of the building and my lock to my door made me feel unsafe

outside was run down. lighting wasn’t the best outside of the hotel. light outside the room flashed all night. when leaving the next morning an alarm started going off inside our door of our room. told the lady at the front desk. she was talking on her cell to someone and let it continue to go off

Really the only thing questionable was the solidity of the door... doesn't fit the opening and looked like may have been kicked in previously... security lock and deadbolt seemed to hold well, but not convinced that it would've withstood a real intense attempt.

Location and price. One night stay reroute to a vacation location...nothing fancy but clean and comfortable...was what I expected.

They told me at check in I had to pay $50 cash deposit nothing was ever provided when I booked. Gave me a room but could not get in as door handle was broke then got a different room appears they were remodeling the toliet was not attached properly the bathtub had cracks furniture was moved paint splatter on the wall and roaches. Would never recommend them to anyone poor location and crappy room. Unacceptable to ask for cash deposit after I fussed he put on my card and when I checked out he made me wait to check to see if I get deposit back I didn’t even stay the full time I booked for due to location and facilities

They gave me a room that looked like, motel 6. The beds were hard as a stone, 50 dollars deposit for my animal, the TV wouldn't come on so I called the desk the guy stood in the room for 25 min tring to get the TV to work. Finally got it on he left , from then on you couldn't turn the sound up or down and when you changed the channels it would skip 10 or 12 channels at a time only showing the jewelry, buy a vacuume, one cooking channel. Then had to try and sleep to the TV cuz you couldn't turn the dang thing off. Then went to take a shower, I picked up the floor towel to put on the floor and a live cock roach came fling out. The water pressure was horrible on top of everything else. This was all in the first room. All was good in the second one.

They put me in a better room the shower was better, took a bit but the TV finally worked the way it supposed to. I got my ( deposit back) for having a dog with me. They used to be cool with animals but now they want 50 dollar deposit, cash. Other than that the people who run the place were very nice.
