Management was extremely unfriendly and had the office completely shut off. They had a small window cut in the wall for dealing with customers. I had checked prepaid when I booked the room, but they said it was not prepaid and had to have my credit card. I also had to provide a $40 deposit. The Motel 6 in Lexington had said my visit was prepaid, no card or deposit required. There was no morning coffee like the one in Lexington, because there was no lobby.

The cleaning staff were friendly and tried to accommodate the best that they were allowed.

The location while not bad, has bad neighbors. The budget inn next door seemed to be a location that attracted shady people with backpacks all hours of the day and night, and they would use this parking lot for their travells. Also as soon as we pulled in the parking lot an Individual approached my family asking for money. It wasn't a relaxing stay with my family due to this.

Good price for a 3 day stay. The rooms were good and soundproofed. Couldn't hear most of the traffic, or neighbors.

The previous occupants fingernail was behind the door telling me they didn't sweep there. It made me wonder what else they didn't do. It was a little bit shabby at used to be kind of normal. I know the look they were trying for it was almost there.

The staff was very nice and friendly and accommodating everything did work the showers were hot and there were no bugs or anything so that was really good.

Lady at front desk was extremely rude and could not understand her . If we would have not reserved and lost our money we would have left . Had 3 flat old pillows for king size bed room bed not comfortable. Room appeared clean but shower was very old and water temp was dangerous Hot easily would scold a child or elderly person hard to turn shower on and off very old faucets .

Had to change my own trash no housekeeping services the towels and sheets are stained up the beds are horrible the toilet didn't flush the water barely worked and the STAFF IS RUDE

The staff is rude the place is a dump you have to take your own trash out and they don't give your deposit back when you leave it's way over priced for the services you received and absolutely not worth the waste of time and money to stay there

Water for shower got cold very quick. Booked a smoking room but they didn't provide ashtrays and told us just to use the plastic cups in the room as ashtrays. And the bed was so uncomfortable that I would have rather just slept in the car.

No hairdryer and shampoo! There is no wall you can hear people’s breathing next room!The lady in the front desk was so rude plus i did registration through window and it was so cold she didn’t let me to go to the front desk she just opened a tiny window to do everything but weather was freezing and she make me to wait outside 20 minutes to give me my deposit back after my accommodation!

The lady who met us at the tiny window, told us that we needed to pay $90 more in cash. They bait you at one price then switch it up later. Very rude tone. Very nasty woman. I entered the proper number of people and animals when booking, and she argued that I was lying. Then it was a $50 deposit necessary. Then a minute later it was $90 cash deposit. Do not go there. I stayed at quality inn and it was $60 cheaper than she wanted with an indoor pool and a bigger room with nice people. Do not, I repeat DO NOT attempt to stay here!!! Such a nasty nasty lady. Ugh

There weren't any bedside lamps - only over the headboard lights. It was functional but would have been easier to have a light closer to reach when ready to go to sleep.

Room was clean and comfortable. Gentleman at checkin was very helpful and friendly. The room was sparsely appointed but we were there for the 127 YardSale so what we needed - a bed and a bath was there and we were very pleased.
