The room was supposed to be nonsmokers but when I walked in it smelled like smoke and ashes was in the bathroom. Like it wasn't ever cleaned.

I went to ask manager to move me to another room because top lock was broken sink had cracked and the manager just talked over me to housekeeper about a cart. Disrespectful. Eventuality she had housekeeper come to move me but i took the high road and just stayed in 104. I travelled here i ALWAYS stay at THIS motel6 its close to everything i need. I spent almost 300$ from 7/25-29/21. Thanks i won't visit that one on apalachee pkwy. B bless GOD IS IN CHARGE

No microwave in the room, every time I went into the front office to pay for my reservation it was a problem with the price. I would tell her that this the price booking gave it to me for. She would say oh they need to stop using booking because we losing too much money.

The bed was not a king size bed as booked. I had to change rooms to get the kitchenette that I booked. There wasn't any cookware to use with the kitchenette. Some of the lights didn't work. They did not sweep the room the whole time I was there. They never left us linens (I always had to go to the office to get them, thankfully KC the night manager always helped me). I was charged more than the amount that I agreed to when I booked. There were loud noises outside all night.

First, I paid more than the price shown in booking. I told the person and he told me that that was the prices. Under the bed was extremely dirty. I couldn’t even take a shower because the tub was disgusting, same with the toilet.

EVERYTHING. It was disgusting. Full with cockroaches, every room we had (3) they were not maid uo. Still had the previous people’s dirty towels and sheets on the bed.

Loud, people using marijuana and drugs on the property. My daughter’s room smelled of marijuana and there were ashes in her sink. People left dog feces in the yard. Terribly dirty and nasty. Fireworks going off and people walking outside our room all hours of the night

Insecure location, Trash around the entire facility, Room was loud, dirty and we found the bed uncomfortable. Unfortunately, we were too shocked to take pictures for the review, but the ones provided by the owner are definitely not from this facility.

Bathroom door handle was about to fall off I had to fix it .they didn't have any trash can in the room whatsoever. The bathtub was so slippery that I almost fell. There was trash all over the grounds of the place parking lot the pool was not open the whole entire stay but yet the pool guy was there cleaning.
