The room was not made up at check in and still required clean bedding and the beds to be made up. The proerty was extremely busy and it wa suggested that we take clean bedding and make our own beds. I declined and by mid evening the beds were made.

The location was great as it was close to football stadium which is why I selected the property.

Well - we were probably unlucky and I don't think it happens often but the check-in process was chaotic. Room was not ready at 6pm ; we went for a walk and at 7.30pm the room was still not ready so they gave us another one. They clearly had issues with the cleaners this day as they didn't have cleaned rooms for the new clients. The room they gave us looked great...until we used the bathroom and we discovered it had not been cleaned and the person before had been stomach sick...beurk! I don't camp because I want a bed and clean bathroom so it was a bad surprise. I really think it is not common but this is what happened to us. It was a bit annoying.

Good location. The room was beautiful - as on the pictures. Microwave and fridge, and hairdryer on request. Bed was ok, good pillows. Big room so plenty of space.

If I had not made a non refundable reservation I might not have stayed there, the clerk that waited on me acted High on something, talked constantly and real fidgety, gave me a room that was all ready spoken for, so after I went to get food and come back with it, I had to change rooms. the sink drained really slow and the light bulb was out in the shower and toilet area.

This property has a lot of potential but at its current state it lacks any desire from me to return. HK needs to work on their standards, Something as simple as neatly folded towels and wrinkle free sheets go a long way with guests. What's up with the TV in that weird looking frame? Lighting in room was poor, some outlets did not work. Windows filthy, again that's on HK.

Very basic motel. Not as nice as photos online. Not terribly clean. Had to go to front desk to get plastic cups, extra toilet paper roll. No facial tissues. AC did not work on day 2. Luckily it wasn't terribly hot.

the wood floor, while I'm sure is easy to keep clean with daily attention, was not clean at all - easily the worst detail of our stay !!

Loved the location - really felt like we were in amongst the happenings around town. When we've stayed in Missoula previously, our hotel was a ways from downtown and we felt a little isolated. Enjoyed hearing the train. Nice to have refrigerator - especially for a 5 night stay like we had.

Our sink didn't drain, and it took forever to get hot water in the shower. It's in a noisy area. Trains garbage truck. Thin walls. Heard the neighbors.

hot water didn’t work. it was soooo cold outside though, maybe if I’d run water longer, hot water would’ve kicked in? I didn’t want to do that.

Beds are awful, and I'm not really picky. TV volume went in and out of clarity. Most of all, however, and this is the biggest issue of all: The disrespectful guests within the establishment. Yelling, blasting stereos etc- at all times during the night. So, in reality, other than the ceiling in the tub starting to fall down during my stay, the accomodations were at about par for the prices. Although I must note: I stayed at a Super 8 on the other end of town before, and the beds and room had a better vibe going.

First, the staff member (s) that had checked me in were on point. Very nice, quick and thorough. Hands down, they did a very good job!
