Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesHow we reserved a smoking room and when we arrived they tried not to give it to us then the room we got had mold in the bathroom ceiling fan, which was dripping water out of it. The mattress is always worn out and flat. The safety latch for the door was broken, and the window unit smelled of mold as well. There are never more than 2 towels for 2 occupants. On the final day of our stay, we came out to a bunch of paint transfers from repeated door strikes that night as well.

United StatesThey sheets had big Stains, pillow cases missing, dirty toilet, dirty microwave, TV didn't work for 2 days/ got fixed but only 3 channels work, dirty floors with bubble gums and other items left behind. 2.towels for 4 people, not dnd sign, location seem unsafe since the parking lot it's open and people drive in to argue. Trash everywhere Room keys not activated for all 4 days of my stay, every night after work I had to stop at the front desk for new keys, room got cleaned once since I complained how dirty it was!!
Employees are ok, but hard to communicate since not everyone speaks English.

They put us in a new room that had cockroaches and 3 of the 5 wall sockets didn't work. And the room was for handicapped people. And the staff didn't understand English so the language barrier was a major issue.

United StatesI didn't like the fact that they advertised microwaves they advertise things such as continental breakfast and stuff like that washer and dryer on the scene vending machines they have none of that none of it works everything is empty out of commission or broken that is supposed to be part of the pay for the room and the stay in none of those amenities are even included because they don't even work
Well I like the hospitality of the managers they were very hospitable but lack of washer dryer soda machines all that is should be part of the hotel stay and it is not because they don't have any that work everything is broke down the soda machines the washer and dryer no microwave all that is non-existent but it is advertised he's false

United StatesI paid for a clean room with queen beds, my beds were full / double! I ask for non-smoking and you can tell that the room had been smoked in, which was unpleasant. The bed by the door had burn holes in it and the sheets were not clean. There was hair all in the bed chocolate on the bed and a little cockroach I smashed!
I like the price, it was also close to Discovery Kingdom six flags. I also felt safe! the employees were nice and check in/ check out was easy.

United Statesgrounds were riddled with debris of all kinds. the floor inside the room was so filthy, using my sock covered feet, I slid a white towel over it, and by the time I finished, the white towel was black on both sides. no hot water in the sink. the toilet seat was broken. the windows were cracked & repaired using duct tape. the door had a 1/2” gap all the way around it causing a terrible draft into the room all night.

United StatesThe staff and difficult language barrier...called @ 1pm requested an early check-in (Check in was 3pm) and was told they were booked and to check in early would be an additional $25 but could check again @ 2:30. Showed up at 2:37pm and was told the same thing. I let the gentleman at the check-in know that I called but he would not accommodate us and he told us to check again at 2:45pm! I thought this was utterly ridiculous (15 minutes before check-in and wait 8 minutes longer like something was going to change?) we waited outside. He then said he would check us in after the lady that was in front us now...(guess what she did not have a reservation and they booked a room for her)…See above comments about what the staff had told us, they were booked and the reason we could not check in sooner! Do not let the pictures fool you...Our room had the garbage liner wrapped around the smoke alarm since this room was "non-smoking" and the room reeked of smoke! we should have took a picture but it was for 1 night and the adage of you get what you paid for applies to this property. Should have spent a little extra money to stay elsewhere but we made due and enjoyed our family time at Six Flags.
